I have been shopping here today (14 October) and I must say that I have left very dissapointed with a bad taste in my mouth. I love the brand and their products, unfortunately, the staff treated me in a very unprofessional anf arrogant way. Not only that nobody answer to my "hello" but the looks I got from the two young staff downstarirs made me feel that I am not welcomed here. When I was passing by the aisle it was me who had to make space for the sales women, otherwise she would hit into me. At the cash desk upstairs was obvious that another sales women wants to buy thigs for herself. None of them (the one behind cash desk and the shopping one) did not wait until I finish my purchase, they shoved the bag into my hand without any thanks and pushed me away to leave finally. We were leaving and the alarm went on. Lady checked our bags, everybody was staring at us and after she even asked me to open my mini purse - where I can barely fit my iphone and she checked it as well. During our visit they were rude and unhelpful and after this incident she just said ,,You can go." Without saying I am sorry or something. We felt absolutely uncomfortable and attacked. However I have never encountered before that I wasnât allowed to TALK in the dressing room and ask a person for an opinion about a piece of clothing. The attendant yelled at me to get out of there or close the curtain. I was in the fitting room for barely 2 minutes, so it wasnât that I was taking too much time or being unreasonable in any other way. I was wearing a mask at all...
