The Molly Malone — Restaurant in Puerto de la Cruz

My first time ever in Teneriffe I was looking for a place with good entertainment and live music , everyone I met highly recommended Molly Mallone as the place to go , it was incredible, never had so much fun in my life, so friendly for families couples young old or even on your own, they go out of their way to make you feel not only welcome but part of the entertainment, there where people from all over the world there having the time of their lives, despite us being on an all inclusive holiday we ended up spending nearly every night there until the doors where shut , the staff make you feel like you've gone to a great friend's house for a get together and Brendan who led the nights entertainment was amazing he had everyone joining in playing instruments, singing along or getting up and singing themselves. Didn't matter where you came from it felt like home thanks to the amazing atmosphere, I've travelled near and far And never had such great fun. Cant recommend it enough, I'm booking another holiday next week just to go back and have the sing song myself at Molly Mallones bar . Fantastic 19 out of 10 and the drinks flow I thought the bar man had given me a triple shot of Jd when when I ordered a drink but it was,a single, cheap too. Everyone I met had took their family there 3 or 4 times that week and the kids had as much fun as the grown ups . Best pub atmosphere ever thank you everyone at Molly Mallones bar ,. The Molly Malone's is a great location for a fun night out in Puerto. Needless to say, it attracts many repeater guests who have been frequenting the popular Irish watering hole for years. During the week, the pub will only open in the evenings offering LIVE MUSIC every night. On the weekends (at least on Saturdays as far as I am aware) they also open in the afternoon to show football and rugby and other sports of interest. Normally the live music starts at 21.30 h (ish) and goes on until 12.00/12.30 am . In high season it can get quite busy, so its best to get in on time (before 21.30h) and secure your seat. Get ready to sing along to your typical Irish Tunes (old and modern) and other favourites while you are enjoying your beers and long drinks, served by very friendly and fun local staff. The owner, Brendan, took over the reigns from his Dad, the legendary Des, a talented Dublin man who had the pub for decades. Brendan is a great entertainer and singer, but if you would like to play a tune yourself, guests are encouraged to perform. Under no circumstances should you skip a visit to the only Irish Bar in town and have a bit of a laugh and join the nightly...

We stumbled upon this bar by pure chance… and instantly fell in love with it. Molly Malone's is not only the best Irish pub in Tenerife — it's probably the best one in the entire world.

Brendan, an incredibly talented musician and charismatic entertainer, brings the place to life. Always smiling, welcoming, and full of energy, he makes everyone who walks through the doors of Molly’s feel right at home.
