Tenerife Perla Puerto de la Cruz — Local services in Puerto de la Cruz

We were shopping at the store on Friday, 21st January. I have bought multiple items at other Tenerife Perla stores before and I was always satisfied with the jewelry quality. However, in this one the service was so outrageously disrespectful, that I have to rate it one star. We came to the store when it was empty, the two employees were chatting with each other. I politely asked to see some of the bracelets on display, so one of the women ROLLED HER EYES before walking up to me. She was CHEWING GUM the whole time she was talking to me, didn't want to show me some of the jewelry saying "it's the same" and THREW the jewelry on the counter in front of me. I was embarrased by how arrogant she was being, I can't imagine treating anyone that way (especially since I was polite during the whole interaction). My friend who was shopping at the same time had similar experience. I reluctantly payed for some items and left, but I will never come back to that store again. I don't remember ever being treated like that while shopping. The employee in question was named Janet. The shop has very nice and different kinds of pearl jewelry. We bought a nice pendant which is very lovely Sadly the employee wasn't very friendly. The packaging was purely out of paper which is kinda sad for pricey jewelry. Also on the pictures in the reviews I saw that they do have different packaging but the employee told me otherwise.. kinda confused about that Since service is very important to me I'll give only 2 stars but the quality of the jewelry...

Absolutely amazing shop. I bought my first pearl in April, and I love my necklace. Then now my husband bought me lovely earrings. Staff are very welcome and professionals. I wasn't sure what kind of earrings I would like but the shop assistant let me try as many earrings I wanted.
