I recently visited the newly renovated store, and I must say, it has completely changed my shopping experience for the better. The layout is much more spacious and visually appealing, especially on the ground floor, which offers a wider selection compared to the upper level. The customer service was excellent—one of the sales assistants went out of her way to recommend a pair of low-heeled boots that turned out to be the most comfortable I've ever tried. The leather is soft, flexible, and feels like it's made from high-quality materials. What I appreciated the most was the freedom to try on as many pairs as I liked without any pressure, which definitely made me consider adding another pair to my purchase. Overall, I left completely satisfied and have no complaints. The store does a great job of creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to come back for more....

A spacious and well-designed store with fantastic staff! I visited it twice on May 17th and both times my friend and I received excellent assistance in finding and trying on items. I purchased a pair of trousers that were slightly long, and the store kindly offered free alterations. We were also offered complimentary drinks (coffee or water), which added a thoughtful touch. Really poor customer service and handling the order. I made an order from them and they sent completely different product. You will never hear from them for almost a week because they are “too busy”. And you will need to return the item by yourself and call the courier and arrange everything EVEN though you are not the one who made a mistake.
