Second reason is, pick up for convince.. you purchase through the website you collect from store... fast, efficient, reliable .. bought alot and will continue to. Yeah indeed they are a bit more expensive than other retailers, but hey, they have locations everywhere in the city not 45 mins away, and those rents need to be payed. The concept is very simple, order online or on the computers in the store and if the product is in stock you can fetch it immediately. If it comes from another store expect to have it the fołlowing day.
They also have a really nerdy loyalty membership were you gain XP for leveling up your customer benefits and can even get supply drops on your profile that increase your level without spending money. Benefits include free postal delivery and special discounts that unfortunately are not as big as you'd expect on higher customer levels.
They have decent prices if you take in account they do not make you wait a month for products like some of the cheapest online stores and a really big variety of stuff to buy.
For lazy pc gamers they offer preconfigured and custom builds at attractive prices...

The company has grown really big, really fast. I had been a very loyal and happy customer until 2013 when our printer broke down and the store manager in Täby C store refused to refund us after 2 months of waiting for the printer to be finished at the service. So instead of him being service minded and offering us solutions, the store manager thought it was a great idea to put his energy on arguing with me. The guy (Asian) claimed that I had made up my own rules regarding when the printer would have been done.
