Disappointed and frustrated with how Sweef has handled our order. We placed our order in April and have experienced repeated delays with vague excuses about production challenges. Despite promises of delivery in week 24, we were informed again about further delays.
Communication has been poor, and we have received incorrect information several times. After numerous calls and emails, we were offered free shipping and a reduction of 1500:- on the order price, but this did not solve the problem. We have been without a sofa due to a move and could not wait any longer for their excuses.
It later turned out that the freight company (Sun-Com Logistics) that Sweef used went bankrupt. This was something Sweef knew about, yet they still promised the sofa would be sent. After several frustrating calls and emails, it turned out that our sofa was nearby, but the local carrier would not deliver because they had not been paid by Sun-Com.
Sweef eventually agreed that I could hire the carrier privately and that they would credit the amount against the sofa. Now we have received a total compensation of 4750:-
Now the sofa is finally in place, and it is fantastically comfy and feels awesome. Had we known all this from the start, we would have chosen another provider. Sweef not only has manufacturing issues and long production times for some products that do not meet quality standards, but they also handled the bankruptcy situation poorly.
My wife insisted on keeping the order because she really wanted the sofa, but even with the compensation we received, I cannot say it was worth all this hassle.
After this rollercoaster of frustration and poor communication, I find it hard to recommend Sweef. The sofa is really comfy it really is! But there is a significant risk that you will have to wait a long time...

Det tog sedan mĂ„nga mĂ„nader innan en ersĂ€ttningsdel skickades för att monteras. Detta efter mĂ„nga vĂ€ndor med kundtjĂ€nst! Vi tvingades Ă„ka in till deras kontor och massor annat för att fĂ„ till detta och fick Ă€ven en liten, liten ersĂ€ttning ekonomiskt efter att ha skĂ€llt rejĂ€lt pĂ„ hur dĂ„liga de var pĂ„ att kommunicera i varje steg. NĂ€r delen sen skulle monteras var den fel storlek trots tar vi skickat rĂ€tt mĂ„tt. Ăven denna kommunikation gick sĂ„ dĂ„ligt med företaget. De menar hela tiden att de enligt avtal har 3 gĂ„nger pĂ„ sig att fixa soffan innan man ens har rĂ€tt till reklamation. Att de ens har en sĂ„dan klausul sĂ€ger nĂ„got om deras dĂ„liga företag. Det tog till sist SJU MĂ NADER för oss att fĂ„ ersĂ€ttningsdelen. Vi levde med en trasig soffa vi betalat över 20 000 kr för efter deras futtiga ersĂ€ttning, all denna tid. NĂ€r vi krĂ€vde en ny ersĂ€ttning tvĂ€rvĂ€grar de. Trots att de sjĂ€lva erkĂ€nner att detta gĂ„tt extremt dĂ„ligt till.
Kan sÀga att jag aldrig nÄgonsin haft sÀmre kontakt med nÄgon kundtjÀnst nÄgonsin, de Àr otroligt oseriösa och otrevliga och ghostar en/svarar inte.
Soffan fÀller dessutom massor med dun, vilket Àr obekvÀmt. NEJ ta inte risken att köpa en soffa hÀrifrÄn. Om nÄgot gÄr fel kommer du ha...
   Read moreThe biggest disappointment. We ordered a sofa from this store. When placing the order, we were told that it would arrive in 4-6 weeks. Itâs now been 7 weeks!! Customer support insists that their manufacturing time is 8-11 weeks!! And the sofa is now EXPECTED around week 51 of the year! The party is ruined, we canât host guests, and weâll likely be celebrating Christmas sitting on chairs!
