Ladurée — Local services in Geneva

A gorgeous baroque inspired decorated little shop placed among various cafes and located in front of a tram station, hence being easily accessible. This shop is the one of two Ladurée shops in Geneva. There are no seats available so I would recommend to go there just for a quick shop stop. With the finest quality sweets come suptuous boxes of your choosing tied with an elegant ribbon. The kind that makes you start a collection. If you live in Switzerland, this place offers the perfect treats to get for your family and friends as a souvenir...

Their "famous" Macaroons are really nothing special, Pierre Hermé is way superior. The éclair was really disappointing, we took another éclair from an unknown cafe and was way better (other than cheaper) than laduree's. The run out my chosen tea at 4pm.. So I had to go with another one really not worthy the price. The service was really bad, waiters are very inattentive, they forgot to bring us the macaroons, for example.

In the end the queue you have to do to sit is not worth the experience. Really save your time and money and go...

I entered your store with my family to do a purchase and also take a simple photo of the sweets, but the staff began yelling at us without any reason. When I showed them the photo, which had no faces in it, they continued to behave rudely toward my family and me. This completely ruined our day and our visit to the city. It was the worst experience I have ever had...
