The restaurant does not provide nutritional info, namely carbs content. I asked them on Instagram, explaining that this is important because my child has diabetes but has been dreaming about their Crazyshake (thanks, Instagram). But the response was 'If your child is diabetic we advise her not to have a milkshake' (?!?!) which was rather rude and unprofessional - because it is only our endocrinologist who can advise us on such a topic. After I explaned the marvelous benefits of insulin which allows people with diabetes to eat any kind of food they want (even if it's a very infrequent treat, given that the amount of sugar is definitely gigantic and not good even for people without diabetes), in the end, all I was able to get was that the 'maximum amount' of carbs is 450 g (and 1790 calories, fyi) - which simply can't be nowhere near the truth and is totally useless because to calculate the insulin dose you need the real number, not some made up 'maximum' amount'. I was informed that in Switzerland restaurants are not required by law to provide nutritional info - but c'mon, wouldn't that be nice and a right thing to do out of respect to your customers? Starbucks, McDonalds etc all have it readily available, you'd better keep up. That whole situation made me super sad as I promised my child that shake, but what could we do? We just decided to make a copycat one at home where we'd be able to count all the carbs. The person I contacted apologized and I don't blame them personally, of course, but the company should have done better. Well, thanks for nothing.P.S. In response to the reply from the owner: I am aware that they contain sugar and it's okay with me. The question is why you won't provide the nutritional info. You could if you...
Read moreVery disappointed with taste. I had chicken wings which tasted very bad and had a funny fish like taste to it. I also had crispy chicken burger which was strangely made from thighs and that’s a first time for me to see chicken burger not made of breast. it was soaked with fat chunks plus too oily probably it was fried in low heat and the chicken had a gray color, was very disgusting really, not seasoned at all, not even a little salt and pepper. Wings covered with bbq sauce to hide the nasty taste but didn’t work. Also burger was accompanied with another pot of bbq sauce so no creativity even, I asked for blue cheese sauce they didn’t even know what that is! Worst meal I had in years. So Over rated, I regret spending CHF33 the whole evening. Left the food so Waitress noticed and asked me how was the food I told her it’s bad she didn’t even reply! For the atmosphere, music was too loud, good for children and teenagers as it was filled with them singing loud to music like a club. The only thing I ate was truffle fries. Never...
Read moreI want to share my own experience. We arrived around 7 on a weekday and it was our first time there.Got table immediately, service was quick, burger ok. The staff was friendly since beginning until the time we finished eating. The waiter asked if we need anything more and we said no.Then he said 'ok so just the bill then'. And he brought the bill without actually being asked by us.Ofcourse we would pay but I found this a bit rude.It was like ok you finished eating now leave you are not of any use here if you are not ordering. Anyway we continued sitting at our table until we finish our drinks. After some time he came again and asked to be paid for the bill. I think he saw our surprised looks and at the end said you can sit no rush. But the whole incident was not nice and not professional. Maybe his shift was ending, maybe its the policy to pay once you take the last bite, i dont know. However he could give an excuse if there was a reason. Maybe it was just an incident but for sure i will not bother myself to go...
