Roberto has been and still is an institution in Geneva . I remember of coming with grandfather 35 years ago ... it is the Patek Phillipe of pasta in Geneva . Nothing has changed, nothing has aged (including the staff , I still don't understand how they do it). It was my first time going to Roberto and I was a bit worried at first being vegan and gluten free at the moment however I found they had several options to accommodate my food requirements on their menu. I found the food very good, I ordered gluten free spaghetti for the first time in my life and was pleasantly surprised that 1) it was an option and 2) it tasted really good.
