I've been a regular customer at this salon for over four years but after my recent visit, I'm left feeling utterly disappointed and disrespected. I understand the importance of punctuality, but there was a prior commitment that overran, making me arrive approximately 10 minutes late for my appointment.

Instead of understanding or patience, I was met with rudeness and aggression from my hairdresser, who pointed out my tardiness in an unprofessional manner. Ironically, there have been countless occasions where I've had to wait patiently for the same hairdresser.

When I tried to remind them of those instances, they became even more aggressive, pointing me towards the door, a clear signal to leave. This was an absolute shocker, leaving me embarrassed and feeling unwelcome. This behavior is totally unprofessional, a stark contrast to the friendly and accommodating services I've come to associate with this salon over the years.
