Bean Bun Bagel — Restaurant in Tainan

It's great they make vegan bagels!

But the rest I feel it's either lost in translation or just not clearly stated on the menu.

The bagels come plain - warmed up, but plain.

The cheese and onion - it's just a flavoured bagel and does not come with actual cheese & onion (for example) as you'd expect. You need to pay extra for sauce or anything else.

Once the bagel cools down, it's rather hard and dry and leaves little to be desired.

I was really looking forward to a vegan bagel, but I feel a bit disappointed. The lady at the counter maybe could've explained...

Love their bagels! Their bagels are pretty similar to those bagels I had in the East coast of US, which are freshly handmade made, chewy & without any filling. Their blueberry bagels remind me those sold at the Bruegger’s ;)...
