Do not do anything here. This place should be shut down. I went for a hair dye and cut nearly 2 weeks ago and they even neglected to tell me they created a bald patch on the back of my hair. They over charged me saying they had to dye my hair twice which was not the case. £200 for hair dye and cut absolutely ridiculous. I have never had hair falling issues and I remember my scalp burning a little which I asked them about but they said it's fine. I am beyond words how distraught I am.

3. If you want to take responsibility then I will go to hair clinic in London and send you the quote to pay to fix the issue you created. As you cannot fix a bald patch nor are you...

Very disappointed with Guarantee Haircut (การันตี แฮร์คัท). They ruined my fiancée's natural hair with a blotchy, uneven color- nothing like what we asked for. We were charged 15,000 baht (They said it's 12500, then they change the price to 15000) which is 3x the normal price. Feels like we were overcharged because I'm a foreigner. Poor quality, overpriced, and unprofessional.

I highly recommend to review and research before you go there.

Edit: The owner reach out and offered to correctcth color for free and said she will make the hair the same color we asked ( milk brown). I refused the service as I cannot trust a service that didn't deliver in the first place even after...

Perfect and smooth hair removal (also) for men! My wife had a haircut, and instead of waiting I decided to try the waxing. First, I wanted only legs and back because I had very strong hair on the chest/belly, but after a short try, the lovely lady convinced me that it's no problem. 2 funny, chatty and nearly pain-free hours later my chest, legs and back were smoth as a newborn children's. The wax did not stick to the skin at all, was gently warm, and had had a lovely scent. We chatted in good english about this and that so the 2 hours felt like 10 minutes. Very reasonable prices, air conditioning, clean salon, and friendly staff! We will be back at the end...
