A surprisingly delightful experience.
Burrata and beetroot: soft creamy burrata and tangy beetroot and other vegetables. Scallops: thinly sliced, meat was soft and tangy and flavorful. Seafood paella: tomatoey and had a decent amount of seafood (but I'm not a paella fan). Shepherds pie (?): fluffy mashed potatoes, rich flavor of lamb and tomato. Stayed warm for quite a long time. Roast chicken: juicy tender meat which was not dry. Quite flavorful- it had absorbed the flavor of the sauce. Brussel sprouts: weren't bitter! Soft texture, subtle cheese flavor from the sprinkling of cheese on top. Corn and carrots: corn could've had a more roasted flavor. Carrots were tender and cooked well. Crisps and dip: crisps, though had visible seasoning, were a touch bland. But that allowed for the herby cheesy dip to shine through with its stronger flavors. Salmon roe added a salty zing. Salmon and spinach in pastry: puff pastry was so buttery and crispy. Salmon was juicy and fell apart easily, spinach was soft and cooked thoroughly. This was so good. Fries: a unique take on these. Incredibly crispy, hot and slightly fluffy on the inside, retained great texture even when cold. Bone barrow and orzo: creamy orzo, a little too oily. Slight flavor of thyme. First time trying bone barrow- not my thing. Mac and cheese: perfectly aldente pasta, sauce a bit too runny but had a nice mellow cheesy flavor. Bits of pork too. One of my favorite mac and cheeses ever- not overly rich but cheesy enough. Beef pie: cheese had a sweet flavor which i didn't particularly like. Beef had a good texture, pastry was the same as with the salmon. Cakes: all were great- light textures and the cream was fluffy and not heavy. It was nice to have after a huge meal. The warm caramelized toast had a nice sweet crisp to it and the bananas had a nice sugary flavor and very soft texture. It went well with the cold icecream. I liked the coconut bits in the coconut one.
Romantic lighting with a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Clean area, nice seating. Food came at a good pace (maybe a little on the slower side?) But the beef pie...

I recently had the absolute pleasure of dining at NAIS restaurant in Thailand, and what a delightful experience it was! From the moment I stepped in, I was charmed by the inviting atmosphere and friendly staff. It's truly a culinary gem that I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable meal. The food at NAIS is simply outstanding. I started with their Shakshuka, and it was a revelation! Served in a piping hot cast iron skillet, the rich tomato sauce, perfectly poached eggs, and generous sprinkle of fresh cilantro were a symphony of flavors and textures. The accompanying toasted bread was ideal for soaking up every last bit of that delicious sauce. It's clear that a lot of care and fresh ingredients go into every dish. I also tried their pasta dish, and it was equally impressive. The malfaldini (or perhaps campanelle) with bacon and spinach was cooked al dente, and the creamy sauce was incredibly satisfying without being too heavy. The balance of savory bacon and fresh spinach was perfect. And let's not forget the drinks! I indulged in a beautifully crafted iced coffee beverage topped with a generous amount of frothy foam and delightful honeycomb pieces. It was not only visually appealing but also a wonderfully refreshing and sweet treat – the perfect complement to the meal. The "nais" branded water bottle was also a nice touch, adding to the overall refined experience. Beyond the incredible food, the service was attentive and warm, and the ambiance was relaxed and comfortable, making for a truly enjoyable dining experience. NAIS clearly prioritizes quality ingredients and excellent execution. If you're in Thailand and looking for a restaurant that delivers on both taste and experience, do yourself a favor and visit NAIS. You won't be...
Read moreThis isn’t just a restaurant—it’s truly a passion project brought to life by the owner.
From the first time I stepped in, I was completely charmed. The interior is so thoughtfully designed—it honestly felt like I had just walked into a cozy Parisian brasserie, right in the middle of Bangkok. It’s not just beautiful, it feels intentional.
Then I tried the food, and that’s when I knew this place was something special. Every dish was fresh, made with quality ingredients, and you can really tell it’s prepared by people who care. The flavors are authentic, the presentation—everything was just done with attention to detail. This makes the food reasonably priced.
I also hosted a birthday brunch for 10 guests at Nais, and it turned out even more perfect than I imagined—thanks to the incredible team. From a customized pre-ordered cake to thoughtful table arrangements with flowers and candles, every detail was executed flawlessly. The communication was exceptionally smooth and timely—probably the best I’ve experienced at any restaurant in Thailand.
Special thanks to the restaurant manager, K.อ้อม, the admin staff handling online chats, and the wonderful waitstaff who took such great care of us that day. My friends and I had such a memorable time.
Whether it’s date night, brunch with friends, or a special celebration, Nais has become my go-to for every occasion—and I couldn’t recommend it more.
Thank you again, Nais—can’t wait...
