I absolutely loved this hotel — both for its rooms and its fantastic location. I spent three weeks in Thailand and stayed in Bangkok for five days initially, starting out in the Siam area. However, I found Siam to be far too busy for my taste. Then I discovered this hotel and stayed for four days — and I completely fell in love with it.
The location and vibe of the area are perfect. It’s tucked away from the hustle and bustle, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment, yet it’s still incredibly convenient. There’s a 7-Eleven right at the end of the road, and both Terminal 21 and EMSphere Mall are within walking distance. The area is full of massage shops, bars, and restaurants, giving you plenty of options without the chaos.
The hotel has a rooftop pool, a well-equipped gym, and two vending machines in the lobby for drinks and snacks — ideal for a midnight craving. One of the most surprisingly useful features was the weighing scale available in the hotel. I didn’t see this in any of the other hotels I stayed at during my time in Thailand, and it was so helpful, especially if you’re planning to shop ‘til you drop in Bangkok and want to make sure your luggage stays within the allowance!
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist.
After spending eight days in Phuket and staying in two different hotels, I returned to Bangkok — and without hesitation, came back to this hotel. I just couldn’t stay anywhere else. The beds were the most comfortable I slept in during my entire trip, and the pillows were absolutely dreamy. I’d genuinely love to know the brand — I have back and neck issues, but felt completely rested and pain-free while staying here.
I truly can’t recommend this hotel enough, and I’ll absolutely be staying here again the next time I...
Read moreI have stayed here with my family several times and the past has been an enjoyable experience . But this time I didn’t feel welcome when I checked in to our 2 bedroom suite. The lady at reception (I should have got her name) spent 20mins checking us in: We had 3 young kids and she wanted to charge us extra bedding and breakfast even when I told her my kids will be sleeping with us on existing bedding. She then checked us in to a room on the second floor and when I asked if there is a room on the higher floor. She said there’s one on the 7th floor but reserved for another guest and she assured me that the room on the second floor is bigger and will be more suitable as we have kids. When we entered the room, we opened the curtains and found a half naked man sitting on the balcony right in front of our window at the house next door. I went down to complaint and asked if we could have a room on the higher floor. She then told me the 7th floor is a smoking floor and it’s a smaller room and not suitable for us. But I insisted and she finally agreed to move us. She then told me it’s actually same size as the room on the second. I was very disappointed as she as clearly lying in my face so I would take the room on the lower floor. While she was changing our room she was speaking in Thai nonstop to her colleagues like she was complaining about me. Very rude and unacceptable behavior. I do love the location of this hotel and the housekeeping lady is very nice but I might not return in the future because of the reception I...
Read moreWe (family of 2 adults and 1 infant) stayed here for 4 days and had a good time. Place is located in a convenient street and is 10 minute walk from Asok BTS. The nearest 7/11 is 3-4 min walk the street had laundry, restaurants (P kitchen, Blue boar) etc. We often had our meals at Terminal 21 mall on our way to and from the BTS.
We had requested an early check in at 7 am which they accommodated and checked us in within 10 mins of arrival. We were asked to vacate on the same time on day of checkout, which was fair. Room was clean and had all amenities including a microwave. There wasn't much of a view. Comfortable beds and linens but AC felt a bit outdated. The breakfast spread was decent and was a mix of Asian and European breakfast. We didn't like the Asian varieties on any day. The other items were a hit on some days and miss on others. Breakfast area was a bit cramped but the staff are attentive and they make up for the lack of space.
Pool area is very private and has a great feel to it. We had a great time on one morning with no other guests there. Wifi is very slow and when asked they said they couldn't do anything about it. Staff was helpful otherwise. One staff pitched his taxi driver brother to take us around which we politely declined.
I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a comfortable hotel within walking distance of the BTS is...
