Every thing was good except th staff are rude and Not polite

I read the review about this branch it is not advisable to go there but i said i will try it later i regret i didn't fallow the reviews

You should train them very good how to treat people especially tourist coz they are main clients I was sitting in a chair coz i was tired she came said not coffee shop i said i have backache i asked her to give me few moments no respect at all said NO NO in loud voice This one in the photo Even her supervisor black her very rude

I will not come back there Just in front of that branch is Watsons There...

very bad customer service, because of my experience with this specific gratis i doubt that i will ever be in istanbul again 👎🏻 one employee was screaming at me because i couldn’t understand turkish, and there was one cashier at the register making it a longer process to stand. i almost called the police on that employee but i just walked out disappointed. the employees are very defensive and disrespectful and they treat especially arab customers with disrespectful gestures. very bad image, would not recommend and would never go to that...

It was a bad experience as someone who speaks different language. I went and I bought a lot of things the girl on the counter gave only a small bag I asked for extra one note that I asked to pay for it she refused and ignored me then I asked for the receipt and her answer was go get it from the garbage!!! Rude behavior and not acceptable at all. To clarify it I went to her manager complaining and took an action ASAP with her but after she gave me bad experience that one employee. Not recommend to go...
