I am beyond disappointed with the service provided by our tour guide, Songul. Right from the start, her behaviour was unprofessional and unacceptable. She skipped several key attractions that were clearly outlined in our itinerary, leaving us feeling shortchanged. What was even more troubling was her disapproving reaction when we requested time to pray, which made the situation feel incredibly uncomfortable.

Throughout the tour, we felt rushed with barely any time to properly enjoy the sites. At one point, she even asked, “Is it a need to wear hijab?”—despite clearly knowing that we are Muslims. This question was highly inappropriate and made us feel judged for our beliefs. She also questioned why, as Singaporeans, we were religious, which further added to our discomfort. It felt like she had an issue with our faith.

On top of that, she repeatedly stressed that she needed to finish the tour by 6 pm due to her working hours, making it obvious that her priority was her schedule, not ensuring a good experience for us.

Instead of accommodating our needs, we were forced to rush just to fit into her time constraints. This was not the service we expected or paid for, and we left deeply...

Based on my travelling experience in December, Jasminne is reliable and well organized. They can customize tour packages that suit us and what we want. They will also provide a preview of the tourist destination that we will choose, share tips on what to do or not and also give us another options to accommodate our needs. The trip from Instanbul to Cappadocia went well and the arrangements with the local tour guide were also very impressive. Add more smiles during drop-off and pick-up at airport and the experience will be even more enjoyable. Excellence...

We took family vacation in June/July this year to visit Turkey very first time. From every minor details to entire trip was arranged by Jasmine travel and they did work very professionally to put us at easy to help our family vacation a great experience. Hulya and Erdal personally took initiative to ensure our trip from Istanbul to capadocia to Konya to pamukkale to Ephesus to bursa was smooth.
