literally the worst restaurant I went to in Istanbul the first time the food was horrible. I ordered something else and they brought something else and when I asked for a sauce because they had no sauce in the spaghetti, then when I asked they only put a little bit and they said if it’s still has little sauce, then use a ketchup bottle. who put ketchup in spaghetti? second time I came I waited 30 to 40 minutes for my food and I was about to get up and ask where my food was and they said two more minutes but five minutes after I came there was a group of 60 tourists that came and they got served first they also got a side of oranges. They got all their food first, and I was only one person and I don’t understand why they didn’t just give me my food first so I can go since it was a carry out worst restaurant you can come to. I was ganna ask again where my food was and they said 2 more mins I waited five minutes and they still hadn’t brought my food after 30 to 40 minutes and then I just left hungry. worst restaurant to go to I...

I asked my hotel for a recommendation on a restaurant in Sultanahmed and they sent me here. Turned out to be a wonderful recommendation! I am obsessed with Turkish mercimek çorbası and I ordered it with just about every meal I had in Istanbul. I think the soup at Doy Doy was probably my favorite of the bunch. Also, the bread — a simple Turkish pita — is the best I had my entire time in Turkey. Fresh and perfectly textured for soup, I could have eaten an entire basket on its own. Just excellent. My only regret is not going back to try more items...

After our first experience in Istanbul, we were looking for a restaurant that wouldn't scam us off. After a long search, we came here and were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant has a view of the Blue Mosque, the service was fast, the food was delicious and most importantly, the prices were really as per the menu, not like in the surrounding restaurants :) If you want to enjoy dinner with a beautiful view, I recommend this restaurant to everyone :)
