Last Friday, my spouse and I purchased a paragliding and horse riding experience from Gravity sales office located on the Ölüdeniz coastal road. During the purchase, the gentleman at the Gravity office assured us that the flight would be at 4:30 PM. However, when we arrived at the Ronaim company, who were supposed to conduct the flight, they informed us that we would have to wait for half an hour. Despite mentioning that we were a honeymoon couple and our time was limited, the staff member at Ronaim responded in a passive-aggressive manner, saying we would have to wait.When I asked if we could get some water while we waited, thinking there might be a place selling it, the gentleman said, "That's the staff's fridge, the staff's water." I didn't want to take the staff's water, so I left the office to buy water from a market and came back.Upon returning, the necessary documents had been signed. However, Atilla Bey, who was supposed to conduct the flight, looked me in the eyes and said in a threatening manner, "If you die, it's all your responsibility." I asked him, "If something happens, isn't it your responsibility at all?" He replied, "No, we have no responsibility. If you die, it's all on you. Sign it or don't, fly or don't." This made both my spouse and me very uneasy.For such an extreme, dangerous, and potentially life-threatening activity, the insecure, intimidating, and unsettling attitude made us very uncomfortable. I went for gravity because they seemed the most reputable company, but that was a mistake the whole session for me was a shamble, the main thing was the pilot forgot the helmets, so I was sat in the sun for an hour at the top of the hill by myself for most as the pilot kept walking away, I wasn’t offered water or to go sit in shade, I came down really burnt and de-hydrated, the second thing was the whole flight seemed rushed, we wasn’t in the air for anywhere near as long as my partner we didn’t do nearly as many spins or fun things that I was exited for and then when I get down I realised he didn’t film the take off or landing which everyone else had and it was obvious when we landed as the pilot got rushed off to fly someone else and then to make things even worse I had to come back to get my photos as the pilot has rushed off and the guy in the office didn’t know what he was doing, so I came back an hour later to sit around for about another hour because he wasn’t down yet and then to be sorted out by someone else who could have sorted it all out to begin with! The whole experience was awful and completely ruined something that should have been amazing. And with all of this my partner had to wait around for me and with me to get the photos so this all waisted loads of her time as well.

Context: I am terrified of heights and speed - characteristics that does not lend itself to Paragliding

On the other hand I have a thrill seeker friend who wants to do spins and aerial acrobatics

After reviewing a few operators and reading online reviews I settled on Gravity & the specific pilots ali_paragliding / parasut_oludeniz + sky.musti & could not be more positive about my whole flight experience with these 2 veterans that have more than 50 years of paragliding experience between the 2 of them

The takeoff and landing was incredibly seamless and painless

The flight was so varied - we flew over the peaks of the mountain away from the entire crowd of other paragliders who headed straight for the bay - so we had extended flight time

They delivered 2 entirely different flight experiences for 2 entirely different customers - so please communicate in advance what your priorities are

For me - my entire flight was stable with zero drops or zig zags.

Both pilots engaged us in perfect English

We got so many photos in the package - both GoPro as well as 360 photos

Gravity office is right by the landing site so you can easily retrieve your bags after the flight
