🍽️🍸🍺 Many ways to rate this place, service, food, location, but as an average I will have to give 2 stars.
First of all service. If I could go less than a star i would. Oludinez is a busy place and everyone rightly wants your custom, sure some places are overly pushy and that isn't good, but Gusto staff are so far the other way it is untrue. We sat at out table last night and waited 10 minutes before anyone took a drinks order ( more staff than customers at this point by the way ) either way, this doesn't overly bother me, buy when I saw people outside by the menu, waiting to be shown to a table, or even a greeting for over five minutes it seems pretty poor. Four groups of people actually left and went on to a different restaurant as no one showed them any interest at all. When we had finished our meal we weren't even asked if we wanted dessert or coffees. Now, it is their business, and theirs to run however they want but they are just throwing money away, all other bars around have friendly staff outside, not too pushy and clearly other places value your custom so much more.
Location has to be 5 stars. You are right on the beach front and the restaurant itself is actually fairly nicely done. Can't fault it really.
Food... 3 stars. It's ok, I was actually recommended this place by some friends we know who live here so expected so much more. The steaks were nice enough, but no more so than any of the other hundred or so restaurants around.
Value for money, one star!! I get that you pay a premium for being on the beach front, but they are still more expensive than other restaurants on the front. If you are going to charge more you need to go that extra mile and make it worthwhile for customers. This is something they didn't do on our visit.
Summary.. All businesses have bad days and good days, this was definitely the former. Unfortunately when you come here on holiday if you have a bad experience in one restaurant you go elsewhere in future, so while they may have been having an off day while we were there I highly doubt I will go back to see if it was the case. Walking back up the main strip the further you get from the beach the lower the prices go and yet the standard of food remains at a level.
Sure, go here for drinks, but even then I would suggest the Buzz Bar next door especially on the terrace if you want a good sunset view. But if you are looking at eating out then venture back up the roads a little, you will find similar food, probably better, and save yourself what over the whole holiday could be a lot of money!
Just my thoughts, either way have a...

I visited this restaurant on the evening of 28th June 2019 with some friends I was with on holiday.
First of all, two out of six of us ordered starters and were not asked if they wanted it together. The waiter/manager brought all our food out at once, therefore my friends main meals became cold before they had a chance to eat it.
As my meal was huge, my friends had completed their meals before me and their plates collected. Everyone knows and every good restaurant should know table etiquette on non-completion of a meal is to place your knife and fork on opposite sides of our plate, which is exactly what I had done. On picking up my phone to answer a message, the manager/waiter appeared, picked up my knife and fork and placed it right on top of my plate of unfinished food.
I asked him what he was doing, as I had not yet finished. He then relied “Oh, can I get you something else?” I replied, “Why would I want something else, when I had not finished the meal I was enjoying?” He then proceeded to put the plate back in front of me on the table. I asked him what he was doing again, to which he then replied in a very rude and out of order manner. “Well I’ve asked you, what you wanted.” The whole table reminded him of table etiquette, to which his reply was “Oh, well.” We told him his being rude, he then shrugged his shoulders. I asked him for the manager, to which he replied “I am the manager.” I then told him I was going write this review, as he was being very dismissive of his bad manners. He replied, “Oh well, that’s your choice” picked up my plate and walked off.
It certainly is MY choice and would hate anyone else to be subjected to such behaviour from a so called MANAGER of this restaurant.
On settling the bill and paying for a meal I had not finished due to the incident. I approached the cashier and asked for the manager. The man who approached me, told me there were several managers on duty that evening and there was no one of authority that I could make a compliant to. What is worst, there was no apology from anyone for the rudeness I had endured from this man.
Basic good manners and customer service costs nothing. Staff/managers at this restaurant who do not want to deal with customers when they (Staff) have done wrong, should not be working there.

Read moreDISGRACEFUL ATTITUDE FROM OWNER OF BELLA GUSTO! My wife and I decided to come again to eat and drink at this establishment as we previously dined and received a very good service. On the last occasion (and will be my last) there was a misunderstanding on the order on the food. I had ordered a chicken dish of which one of the ingredients was 'Ham'. In the u.k I consider ham as pork. In Turkey 'Ham' is not Pork (for their religious reasons) but considered as either Chicken or Beef. The menu just mentioned Ham not either the latter. As you can gather from the above I do not eat Beef for my own personal religious reasons. I had eaten a few mouthfuls and noticed the different meats. I questioned it with waitress who was serving me from the beginning and she confirmed from the kitchen it was Beef. On paying the bill I had asked the waitress who was really helpful if my dish can be cancelled off the total bill as (a) I had a few mouthfuls (b) It was Beef and not highlighted in the menu. After several staff members later who all wanted to know what happened I asked if I could complain to the manager. I got better than the manager but the proud owner himself. (Hold on with me, this gets better) I politely explained to the owner and requested that the dish be cancelled of the bill. Now without going into considerable detail, all I can say is this individual has Zero Hospitality credentials from the moment he spoke to me, asking me where I am from (like that makes a difference) I said British and his reply 'You all the same'. He threatened me to pay full or else! Now this rude attitude and threat from the owner is what got me. I prepared to pay the full bill minus the dish and put the money to the owner. He threw it back and threatened again. I asked them to call the police and we can sort this amicably. 40 minutes later no police. I was quick to understand he does not want police present in front of other customers and passers by. With frustration I paid the full bill as my wife was pregnant and we needed to go back to the hotel. My main issue is not the dish as that is a cultural misunderstanding on both parties. However the owner is a disgrace to the restaurant and to the Tourism Industry in Olu...
