Captain Hook Sea Food Restoran — Restaurant in Fethiye

Came here last year, remembered them having small portions but very well cooked & flavourful... We visited two nights ago & it was an absolute disaster. My husband ordered fillet steak and it came out so unbelievably tough & served on 'fries' which basically looked liked skinny crisps. The steak was inedible, almost impossible to chew. We complained to the staff about it & they were very rude but went to swap & make a new one. In that time I had my dinner which was a mixed grill costing £20 - tiny pieces of meat, tough lamb chops & rice that looked & tasted like microwave rice - yellow with sweetcorn, not Turkish rice like last year. I was trying to hold on & wait for my husband's steak for us to eat together, 20 minutes later they finally brought it & surprise surprise, it was tough again. So, again we complained, my husband was fed up by that point & all the staff did was argue & say there was nothing wrong with it, they even went to get a knife and fork to eat some to try prove to us that it was fine. We eat fillet a lot & this was honestly the worst we've ever experienced. They were so incredibly rude but begrudgingly removed the steak from the bill.

I would avoid at all costs, at least stay away...

My wife and I dined at Captain Hook’s almost every day during our stay in Ölüdeniz, and it quickly became our favorite spot! Went past this place a few times. It's a ver authentic sea food restaurant. Waiter was friendly we weren't forced into anything. Service was on point. We opted for a lamb musakka this was very authentic with traditional taste and blended with lamb mince and obergine. The seafood and chicken paella is the on to have. Full of flavour not too strong with the fish food taste. It is a one person portion for a big water. Also the calamari for starters were very meaty and fresh. If your after fresh and tasty food...
