Your response just shows how professional you are😂 And now there is a new version of the story, 5 min late because of traffic. That’s absolutely not the reality nor what i have been told! I shared all the details and that’s the only thing you understood. I am sorry you can’t accept feedbacks, i shared my experience that was absolutely not willing to received.

I also asked for the manager’s contact to share the review with him/her instead but i have been ignored. Train your pilot for a nicer approach and you won’t receive these type of reviews anymore. Peace✌🏽

I had a bad experince SKY Fethiye Paragliding, very unprofessional.

I am not sure why they have so many good and 5 stars reviews.

The driver was 40 min late (fine, not a big deal besides the fact they could have texted me letting me know my driver was late instead of having me text them 20 min before the supposed departure time asking where the deiver was) , they made me think it was the group they were picking up before me that was late but when i spoke to the group i have been told that the company changed their pick up time last minute. My pilot was very experienced and skilled, 17 years flying but absolutely rude and arrogant, didn’t make me feel comfortable at all and was annoyed when i was asking questions so i just let it go and stopped talking.

I called the office after the flight asking to get the pictures and video as a courtesy after the not so good experince, she said no and that i had to pay $30 to the pilot. Fine, i paid.

When i later reached out to the girls on whatsapp (too bad i don’t remember the name of the one i spoke to) asking to have a contact to the manager to share my feeback, she was trying to ignore me and then acted careless. At first she said managers were busy then she mentioned the manager was my pilot. I think i am entitled to share my feedback and experience with a manager!

I am sure they have nicer pilots but there are many companies you can fly with, so i would support other rathen than this one. Check Fethiye...

This was an incredible experience! The pilots were experienced and professional and also did a great job at making sure my girlfriend was calm and relaxed as she was quite nervous about the flight. The drive up the mountain was fun with wonderful views of the blue cedar forest, the driver was clearly skilled at driving the mountain road, he drove quickly but very safely which is not easy in Turkey! When we got to the launch point I was very impressed by the facility. The runway is paved and free from any trip hazards so it was super easy to take off. The flight was smooth and relaxing and the views were just incredible! I paid for the photo option which was definately worth it, it was super fun doing loads of silly poses and recording videos of the flight. Towards the end the pilot asked if I wanted to do some acrobatics, which of course I did because I'm a snowboarder so I love that kind of thing. It was absolutely amazing, swooping around like a rollercoaster, I was giggling the whole time! The landing was smooth, and although we had to wait for about 10 mins to get picked up, the pilots kindly bought us some water as we had left our money in the car. What really stood out was how consistently the team kept us updated about the weather — they monitored conditions closely and kept communication open, which made us feel both informed and safe.

On the day of the flight, everything ran like clockwork. The team was punctual, organized, and clearly very experienced. The instructors (and their parachutes!) inspired confidence right away, walking us through every step to ensure we felt secure and ready for takeoff.

Once in the air, the views were nothing short of breathtaking. Soaring over the landscape was surreal — a true bucket list moment! To top it all off, the package included high-quality photos and videos, so we got to relive the experience and share it with friends and family.
