If you ever find yourself in Goreme, there's one place you might want to steer clear of. The organization there leaves much to be desired, and our encounter with them was nothing short of a chaotic mess. Allow me to recount our unfortunate experience:
Upon arriving, we decided to rent a car. However, due to a mere ten-minute delay, they promptly canceled our reservation without any consideration. Undeterred, we attempted to secure another car for the following day. This time, they pressured us to make an immediate cash payment, offering no guarantee of actually getting the car. Shockingly, they provided no written receipt and merely asked us to trust their spoken assurance. They claimed that if the agency failed to locate the car, a refund would be issued.
In an attempt to make amends for the inconvenience, they promised us an automatic car at the price of a manual one. Regrettably, the vehicle they handed us was not only antiquated but also a challenge to maneuver, being a manual transmission.
The car's owner assured us that the vehicle was insured, excluding only the windows and tires. However, our accidental damage to the left mirror led to a shocking revelation. They demanded that we foot the bill for the repairs, hinting that the owner's insurance claim might have been inaccurate. Unwilling to pay for what seemed like a dubious claim, we decided to leave, risking missing our bus to Istanbul.
To our surprise, the owner followed us and even summoned the police. After much discussion, the police sided with us, agreeing that we were not liable. However, they suggested that we should have visited the police station to formalize the resolution. Faced with the dilemma of potentially missing our bus, we reluctantly agreed to pay the owner, who departed with our money. The police also left, content that we were satisfied with the outcome.
In retrospect, this was an utterly nightmarish experience. Aside from their evident lack of competence - with two agency representatives struggling to communicate in English - their primary concern seemed to be taking advantage of customers.
In conclusion, if you plan on visiting Goreme, exercise caution when dealing with this particular organization. Our unfortunate encounter showcased their disorganization, communication barriers, and a questionable commitment to customer satisfaction. It's best to avoid the hassle altogether and seek more reputable...

I definitely recommend them, especially if you are going with your family, you have no doubt that they will prepare the most suitable holiday plan for you. Thank you Mr. Taha and his team...
Read moreThe agency is very professional and offers very good prices for their service: we did a two hour horse tour in the Rose Valley close to Göreme and also a fantastic balloon tour in which they picked us from our hotel and dropped us again there for a price that was very competitive. The staff that works there is extremely friendly and tries to help in every way possible, I couldn’t recommend...
