Suha, Suha where to start I spend the most comfortable 40 days in this hotel .. first of all I was planning to book in Dubai during the holiday season prices were crazy expensive I got lucky by chance contacted the reservation responsible person Mr. Arjon He was so kind, helpful he gave me the best price, options were great I booked and I wasn’t hear about this hotel so I was a little bit curious to see what’s waiting for me the moment I arrived. I was impressed by how the hotel smell amazing the entrance is elegant , the reception guy was kind above my expectation, his name was Yusuf. He showed us three available rooms. We choose the one we liked then we start our journey at this amazing hotel , I would like to think every single worker there starting from Mr. Arjun who keeps taking care of my family who were interested in hotel , he never stops his helping, then the receptionist mainly kris and Yusuf and two other guys who unfortunately I didn’t write down their names,Cleaning stuff, security stuff, engineering stuff. I was so lucky to spend my time at this hotel. It will be always always my first choice. I recommended to all my family and friends you will not regret...
Read morewas staying in Suha for 4 months and we paid monthly during those 4 months of stay. we asked if we can pay until the end of our stay and they say no. so we put ourselves in trouble and pay our stay every the end of the month. to be exact on the 28th every month. this month we were supposed to check out on the 28th and the “duty manager” SAHID told us that we need to checkout on the 27th. keep in mind we paid our last month rent in the 28th of January. So i should be checking out on the 28th of February. The way he talked and explained things to us was very rude. I work in the hospitality industry and this is not how i am trained to treat a long stay guest. SAHID shouldn’t be a manager, he’s attitude is not showing manager attitude nor a leader attitude. Housekeeping team, security and Front office team was very nice during our stay, no complaints about them! they helped us through our difficulties. even SAHID’s team showed more of a manager and team leader attitude. Read moreIt's just sad that such an amazing hotel, with "Hospitality" in the name of the business is the least hospitable hotel I've ever seen. I stayed for 1 night, stay was great, rooms are amazing with pretty much all amenities you may need but right before checking out I realized my flight has been delayed by 4 hours. So I called the reception to ask for a late check out, only 2 hours later or even 1 hour because I have nowhere else to go. The front desk staff was not cooperative at all saying the hotel is fully booked for the next day (which is fair, if that's actually the case).I immediately went to booking.com and realized they had 10+ rooms available for that day. I was forced to leave the hotel at the normal check out time with LIES that the hotel is fully booked. I even saw another guest extend her stay while I was check out at the front desk (in a fully booked hotel as per the reception staff). I understand the management want to keep that rooms available at all times but sometimes living up the 'Hospitality' name wouldn't hurt that too just for a couple hours. Never going...
