D-Marin Jaddaf Waterfront Marina — Attraction in Dubai

We on a cruise with a dinner " that was suppose to be fancy with all international food " which was the opposite and it was truely very bad exprenice , very bad cruise , people are rude ( staff were very rude )

They said the offer includes a different kind cold juices, soft drinks and hot drinks, a variety of dinners, and special offers that wasnt there at all ...

The performances were also very bad and too disturbing and made no effort for letting the people enjoy at all...

And dinner was very little with nothing international as what they said, the plates were plastic and only spoon no fork or knife ... and it is a small buffet, with a huge massive long line were people are standing and not that only the food was either too cold and too spicey and in the sametime cant be eatten because their is no taste its very bad and i got sick cuz of it.

On the first floor, there is a reflective lights on the window that yo cant even see the sea.

The place is not clean and the dishes for dinner are not clean and if you asked for water tissue they will tell you what you got is that we dont have extra ..

I wonder the 60 dhs they took and they said its a fancy cruise what would it be if it was cheaper than that...

A very bad experience and it will not be repeated at all, we do not recommend it at all...

We had a great experience with the D-Marin Jaddaf Waterfront Marina using the Zabeel boat service, choosing Option-4 with Kozhikode Star food on December 15th. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our celebration memorable. The pricing varies depending on the timing and food choice, so I recommend arriving early to secure a good seat with a great view. If you're late, you might get a less ideal spot. We celebrated a birthday on the cruise, and the staff were very accommodating, helping with setup and even taking videos for us. For food, I didn’t prefer the international options, as they weren’t to my taste, but the Kozhikode Star menu was delicious, though a bit pricier. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would suggest the Kozhikode Star food for those willing to spend a little more. A suggestion for D-Marin Jaddaf Waterfront Marina would be to add more washrooms to accommodate the crowd, especially during busy times. The current facilities can become congested, and the smell can be unpleasant, which can cause irritation. Additional washrooms would improve the overall experience and make it more comfortable...

Not even valuable for giving 1 star for their poor coordination.after collecting the cash from a distance they are not even checking whether the customer got on their desired boat according to the amount charged especially when it is on weekend holiday rush. Another important thing is the handling of the food without proper heigene (have video but not sharing it )saw the guy mixing rice directly by hand without gloves or any utensils which I already reported to that booking agent and guy himself,by telling 5 star yatch model or whatever the hell..this is not fare on any star category. There were 5 among our gang none of us liked the service and also after the ride lot of people's where complaining about the poor service which they had booked it for around 75 aed something per head but for us it was 50 per head by some offer discount by the agent can't imagine even 50 for that service.
