This was the worst yacht I have ever been on. I booked Gold Yacht for a trip on 06.04.18 for a special birthday. Eugene was excellent from the very beginning. All went very badly on the day of the trip.
Sergey, the coordinator on the day was rude and obnoxious. We were promised there would be trollies to bring our drinks onto the boat. It was not there. My guests had to carry everything on. He also said the boat was not ready. Eventually we got on the yacht. The yacht was smelly and dirty. I ordered 100 balloons but they only had 43 and none inside, unlike pictures they showed me. There was rubbish in the bins, the toilet door didn't close, the carpets were filthy, the blinds would not go up inside so it was dark, the jacuzzi was filthy with mould on the side and many guests did not want to go upstairs as there was a smell of sewage coming from it. The yacht was stained and unkempt in many places. The staff were dressed scruffy also. Once we sailing on the yacht, the staff were excellent. However, the next day, three separate friends of mine said they saw the staff bringing in our alcohol into their own staff area to hide it. The yacht was brought back 35 minutes early. They said this was due to water levels but many other and much larger boats were still out at sea.
I asked them to send me a video of the yacht before I paid my deposit. They obviously sent me the video of another yacht or the same yacht, many years ago. Sergey was incredibly rude. He screenshot a message I sent Eugene when I said I could not afford another of their very expensive options. He suggested that I got what I paid for. Whether or not my yacht was not the most expensive, it was the basic hygiene which was the biggest disappointed on the day. My guests were all bitterly disappointed.

Read moreI have booked trips through Gold's Yachts on a number of occasions previously, but unfortunately this time the experience fell short of expectations.
We were told we would be able to pay the balance of the booking charges directly to the captain when we boarded, but there was no credit card machine onboard; the captain was rude and unhelpful and said this was a problem for the agent, not for the crew, and refused to set sail until this was resolved. The Gold's Yacht representative then told us that their IT system was down and they couldn't take payment until this was fixed, which resulted in a 40-minute delay to our departure.
Having pre-agreed a drinks and catering package well in advance, I was informed just 48 hours before departure that my preferred options were not available and I had to pay extra for a different package. The "open bar" package was not sufficiently stocked, with several drinks running out completely halfway through our cruise, and basic items like lemons and limes not provided at all. We were told we needed two bartenders for our group size, but one of the bartenders was sitting watching YouTube videos on her phone for half of the time.

Greeting: When someone asks you to meet at the Restaurant's entrance, that's where you expect them to be greeting you. Not on the boardwalk and telling you to come to them.
When arriving at the yacht there was no introduction of the compartments of it whatsoever which is not welcoming at all.
Service: There was only bottles of water when it was written in the form that there will be water, JUICES, ice cubes and disposable cups and plates.
I have booked the yacht, wanting to enjoy the upper deck seating, however the captain did not allow to go there except for less than an hour of the whole trip!
I have explained that we are girls and we want our privacy, however one of the staff came to the upper deck without giving heads up just to lower the volume of the stereo, Which is totally unacceptable!
At the end: Nobody asked us how was the trip or if we enjoyed our time or if we even needed anything!
The whole experience was awful and so not worth the money we paid! I would not recommend it to anyone else, specially that there are many other companies with better...
