I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Michele, yesterday. I was mother of the groom shopping. I had researched the dress I wanted and had set my heart on buying it. On the moment of walking into the shop Michele, came over and offered her help . Finding the correct size for the dress and even looking online to see if she could find me a petit size. Michele, was back and forth , getting me shoes, jackets , and several dress options . It turns out that myself and Michele have had our colours done with House Of Colour. Michele understood, why I required particular colour. And did everything thing she could to help. The dress I had wanted was infact not the one !!!!!. Michele, had offered me a different dress to try on and it looked beautiful. Michele, let me face time my daughter ( in Australia) and did not hurry me , and was just as pleased as I was with the whole outfit. She encouraged me to me to try on the fascinator, and wow !!! I am unintentionally late in adding my review for my excellent customer experience in Hobbs, Bath but remain keen to share my excellent customer service experience when shopping for an outfit for an important occasion in June this year.

Being somewhat stuck in terms of what outfit would suit me best and despite not making an appointment, Gail spent a good amount of time with me to ensure I had exactly the right dress and shoes for my important meeting the following day. Gail has such a lovely approach and a great eye for detail. She really is excellent and I would recommend you seek her advice, should you need help with outfit choices or even just a bit of inspiration.

I find all the team members in the Hobbs store in Bath to be really super in what they do. They manage to help and advise without any level of a hard sales approach and for that, I am always grateful.

In January of this year my husband and I were in bath celebrating our 3oth wedding anniversary, my granddaughter is getting married In april , so I thought I would look for a wedding outfit, well having been in all the shops in bath, in was 5 o'clock and I went into Hobbs exhausted i had not found anything I liked all day so I was not holding out much hope , I was met pleasantly from Michele she kindly took some dresses I had chosen to the changing room, but did not in any way make me feel pressured and having chosen a few more I tried some dresses on , having chosen one ,I asked Michele for advice on shoes which she was really helpful I also choose a handbag, she was absolutely lovely all the stress of the day just disappeared and I left the shop with a complete.wedding outfit .I throughly enjoyed the experience and it was 100%...
