Just wanted to say a huge belated thanks to the team at Bath. We originally bought a sofa having spent time with Odette (hope the spelling's right) and she was just brilliant. She helped track down the right fabric, colour and helped on choosing the right size for our room! FYI - the sofa is great! A month of so later we popped back into the store and picked up a bargain footstool in their sale, Odette recognised us too! Her colleague Gary helped this time and his manner and help was incredible. It is difficult to park near the store he offered to carry the item to our car which was a fair distance. If that's not going above and beyond with Customer Service I don't what is. Big thanks...

I have the highest praise for the company in general and the store in particular. Its display are excellent, allowing us to get a real sense of the style and design of the different models - and of course to see if a particular style would suit our home. The staff are well informed, efficient and friendly, and gve you the sense that nothing is too much trouble. And delivery was reasonably quick with courteous and helpful service. Highly recommended and would use again, though our sofa is wearing so well (after two years' use) it might be some time before...

Brilliant service - both when I came in to look (with a rather excitable two year old) and when I came to pick up a very heavy sofa.
