Well the self service checkout is a complete nightmare, so I paid for my items and then left as I was walking out the alarm went off luckily I printed my receipt instead of email, spoke to a member of staff and told to go back to the self checkout again after 10 minutes I found a member of staff whom scanned my trousers and took them and went off to deactivate the security tag burying in mind I already paid and I have my receipt and I also wasn't the only customer who was having problems deactivating the tags on the clothes I think the company need to rethink their structure on the...
