No check out staff 🥹 you have to do it yourself which makes the whole shopping experience sad 😞 Thankfully a assistant call Adi was so extremely kind and helpful and helped me throughout the process so a big Thank you to him 🤗 It’s Super sad that we are going into a world where you can’t even say hello to another human being specially where mental health illness is at a high as this could be the only interaction that someone has during the day / week / month and it’s been taken away …. this isn’t just Zara it’s shops / banks etc so sad. Not only this it’s going to effect the young people being able to work as machines are doing the work so the cost of living crisis is only going to get worse...

I popped in to the bath store today, and found the items I wanted. Well the self service checkout is a complete nightmare, so I paid for my items and then left as I was walking out the alarm went off luckily I printed my receipt instead of email, spoke to a member of staff and told to go back to the self checkout again after 10 minutes I found a member of staff whom scanned my trousers and took them and went off to deactivate the security tag burying in mind I already paid and I have my receipt and I also wasn't the only customer who was having problems deactivating the tags on the clothes I think the company need to rethink their structure on the...
