Rude staff (Friday bank holiday shift) - especially the girl with curly strawberry/ginger hair shouting “no drinks allowed” (empty container which may of looked like it had liquid?) She ended up behind the tills bragging about it, which everyone could hear then pulled her phone out of pocket supervising another supervisor a trainee with 1 till open (could’ve easily opened another till to help).

Staff needs more training with customers service or how to deal with customers etc. Products are great though - slightly on the pricey side, but that’s expected.

Would give 4-5 stars if the staff improve their customer service on the shop floor.

Really nice Japanese ( I think that's correct) shop to go to lots of variety in stationary, plushies, accessories and snacks and drinks. I got a few keyrings they have a good selection and different styles and price ranges are decent compared to other places and online prices and melon milk can, drink was really nice although I paid £2.50 I believe for the can was a bit pricey for me personally but never seen it sold anywhere else so maybe that's why but been wanting to try it for ages so I can't really complain 😃. Staff are really nice and friendly good customer service . Shop itself is really nice and everything is nicely displayed. 10/10 . I will definitely be coming...
