ADDED UP DATE UP ON SPEAKING TO STORE MANAGER OF LEGO TODAY, THE SM WAS ABLE TO HELP AND TRY AND RESLOVE THE PROBLEMS. AT FIRST WASNT SMOOTH BUT THE SM DID TRY AND TOOK HER TIME TO SPEAK WITH ME. I HAVE A DRAWN ALINE UNDER IT NOW AND MOVED ON THE SM OF STORE WAS ABLE TO SEE FROM MY POINT OF VIEW.

FURTHER LIKE TO ADD THE STAFF MEMBER WHO SERVERED ME ON SUNDAY 01 JUNE 2025 WAS FRENDLEY HELPFULL WENT OUT HER WAY.

POOR SERVICE AND SHOCKING MISSLEADING INFORMATION FROM THE STORE IN QUESTION. ON THURSDAY 29 MAY 2025 I CALLED UP THE STORE TO ASK ABOTU THE NEW KRUISTY BURGER LEGO SET DUE TO BE ON SALE FROM 4TH JUNE 2025 BUT IF YOU HAVE A LEGO MEMBERSHIP YOU CAN GET EARLY APPROX 3 DAYS EARLY. WHEN I CALLED UP THE STORE APPROX IN AFTERNOON THEY TOLD ME CAN GET IT EARLY ON 1 JUNE 2025. I ASKED THE AGENT OVER THE PHONE FROM LEGO STORE CAN YOU CLICK AND COLLECT IN TO STORE ?

HIS RESPONE WAS YES IF WE HAVE THE STOCK THE AGENT TOLD ME ON THURSDAY THEY HAVE APPROX 40 OF THEM IN STOCK.

THIS MORNING BEING SUNDAY 1 JUNE 2025 I WENT ONLINE TO ORDER AND CLICK AND COLLECT IN TO STORE YOU CANT DO IT ONLY DPD COLLECION POINT.

THE AGENT FROM THE STORE GIVEN ME INCORRECLY INFORAMTION.

NOT ONLY THAT TODAY I HAVE HAD TO TRAVEL TO STORE SO APPROX 44 MINS ONE WAY AND THEN 50 MINS ON THE WAY BACK FROM LEAMINGTON TO STORE.

I EXPLAINED TO STORE TODAY ITS WAS KEY THAT I GET ONE SO RATHER THAN CLICKING AND COLLECTION SO I KNEW I HAD ONE I HAD TO COME UP TO STORE AND SHORT NOTICE.

WHEN I RISED THIS WITH THE STORE THIS MORNING UNSUPPORTIVE RESPONE ONE STAFF MEMBER SAID WELL AT LEAST YOU GOT ONE

THERE WAS NO SENIOR MANAGER IN AT ALL POOR AND SHOCKING SERVICE

Very bad experience today at the 5th birthday event. The assistant manager (didn’t get her name) was very rude. Me and my two children did que on Saturday 25th for the free party bag but unfortunately they had all gone we were stood waiting for an hour and a half.. So I came back myself on Sunday 26th October again waited for an hour. They both were not able to come as they had scouts at the same time of opening. Therefore I came myself. The assistant manager was very rude and didn’t allow me to have another party bag. Rules were one per person “apparently.”It would be good if this rule was applied to everybody, on Saturday a couple and their daughter had 5 bags between them when they were 3 people. So how is this Fair!!. Having spent a lot of money at Lego for years, because both my children love Lego. This was very disheartening. I will not be spending money there again!! Absolutely disgusted at her behaviour having asked her politely that my children would be really upset she didn’t care!! She out right just said NO!! Both my children were distraught when I came home with 1 party bag, and me having to console them. Another person and a couple had come back the second day having already received party bags the day before, so why were they allowed back again? Will not be going back to this...
