Wonderful service . After purchasing a personalised gift online from another retailer that was completely wrong, I rushed out to try and find a new gift . I was so upset with the other retailer as it was a purchase for my mum in memory of my father . I was distraught in pandora as I explained my situation and desperate need to get a gift for my mum on that day . The sales associate and manger were wonderful. They got my a box of tissues and helped to calm my upset and proceeded to give me lots of options to replace the awful item I’d received from another retailer . Kind, patient and full of empathy I went in crying and came out happy and with a gorgeous personalised gift for my mum . I suffer with severe anxiety so it took a lot for me to venture out shopping especially when I was so upset but I can honestly say the ladies in this branch were fabulous and really helped me out. First time shopper today & boy customer service doesn't exist at this store. I waited a good 5-10 minutes at the one back counter to be served & was just ignored by the 2 women behind the back counter. One was putting charms back into a case - fair enough, then she just walked off & started chatting to her co-workers. The other girl behind the counter just ignored me & served another girl who'd just approached the counter. I said excuse me twice to another staff member on the shop floor who either didn't hear or just ignored me - again too busy talking to her co-working. Thankfully the staff at our pandora in stratford upon avon are nothing like this, they can't do enough to help you. Definitely won't be bothering with this store again, given there were 6-7 members of staff just stood around doing nothing somebody could of...

I cannot recommend this store enough . I had a complete nightmare with a gift that I ordered from a personalised online company . The gift was supposed to be an engraved portrait of my late father . When it arrived it was so awful I sobbed . I called pandora to ask if they were open and if they could help me find an emergency replacement gift . The girls went above and beyond . I cried I’m store and I felt so silly for breaking down but they gave me some tissues and comforted me and then helped me choose some items for my mums birthday and engraved them .
