waited in queue for 20 mins with family whilst 4 of us wanted a chicken burger, upon ordering got told in a rude manner ‘no chicken burger!’. Slight inconveniance and a sign would have been helpful. then whilst ordering drinks he starts shouting at my mother saying ‘no coke, just pay i don’t know what you have ordered’, no need to shout at all and extremely rude, now currently waiting in queue to collect food after getting told we would be waiting at...
