Used them twice and Personally was pleased with the way my dogs looked, however, I came across a grooming being done on a long haired Maltese (or similar breed) that broke my heart. A Japanese groomer was dematting the dog forcefully and with every yank, the dog would yelp. I didn't want to get involved but had to. I told the girl to be more gentle since dogs cannot talk , their yelp is the only way to tell us they're in pain. She looked at me with disgust, ignored me and continued yanking away. The owner then came and I mentioned it to him. He told me its the dogs owner's fault as the owner refused to get the dog's coat trimmed and preferred dematting so this dog goes through this horror every month. I told him to at least tell his groomer to stop with the harsh treatment and he told me to please not "offend his japanese girls", his words not mine. I know UK immigration makes it hard to find good workers but come on, don't encourage Animal Cruelty! That was the last time I ever took my dogs there. 100/10 – The BEST groomers in London!

Mari has been grooming our pup Rhubarb (aka Rhuby) since she was a tiny fluffball, and her care, technique, and gentle approach are absolutely impeccable. Rhuby absolutely adores Mari! She gets so excited every time we arrive at Bow Wow and always comes home looking adorable with the cutest, fluffiest haircut.

We visit every 6-8 weeks, and the consistency and quality of care have been outstanding. Mari and the entire team, including Taro-san, are incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. The pricing is also very fair and competitive, especially considering the level of service.

To anyone wondering: In my opinion, they don’t cause “infections” or give “bad haircuts” as long as you keep up with your dog’s grooming routine too. They’re not magicians (though to us, they basically are!). As a dog owner, you need to do your part… regular brushing and maintenance at home make all the difference.

This is by far the best dog pet store in London, possibly in Europe. I'm a relatively recent dog owner, and I love my Rhumba so much, I don't think there's a single pet store that I haven't visited on my frequent travels (and I travel a lot). This shop has the cutest stuff ever!

Most importantly however, the customer service you will find here is unparalleled. Seriously! One of the many great products I got from there happened to go dysfunctional in a couple of days against all odds, after I had left London to my hometown of Cairo, Egypt. I never even kept a receipt cause I never intended to return it. I contacted Bow Wow London, and both Jason and Taro went far and beyond the call of duty to make sure I got a free replacement.
