Call2Call — Local services in London

I had a terrible experience with this company, I tried to call customer services but the phone number did not work, no one picks up. They took money from me automatically on my phone bill when I just wanted to ask how the service works - I could not even talk to anyone. Now I don't even know if I can get hold of them for a refund, Why is this company not even responding to google reviews? There is no customer service email address. Just found I've been charged for calls I did not make with this company. On my bill it shows like I've made a couple of calls for about a minute or less and they've been taking from 22 p to a full £1.48. This has been going on since January last year.
