Cosmo China — Local services in London

Did you know the owners is the girl from the TV series Bagpuss and her sister. Originally made by their father this shop sells hand designed China cutlery by the small girl (now older woman) who is an graphic artist in her own right.

Founded in 1990 by Josie Firmin and Christopher Strangeways, Cosmo China is a bespoke bone china painting business.

We now have two studios, one in London and one in Canterbury.

Currently we have 20 artists and illustrators all hand painting their own original designs on china. Everything is hand painted in our studios and fired on site in our kilns.

We have a wide variety of china shapes which can all be decorated in any of our artist's original designs.
