Iām still waiting for store leader Rashid to cancel my contract. Spoken false content on EE account and renewed my contract..
I have stepped into store in Unit 350, Cabot square, 1 Canada square , Canary Wharf. my name KIRANREDDY SAMA. Service done by Rashid( store leader). I want to reduce my bill is there any chance can you check my profile in your system . Manager : yes ofcourse and said your tablet contract ending next month 5th I can make your mobile bill with unlimited data maximum Ā£18 . Me : I have said yes thatās fine because Iām paying now Ā£31.50. Manager tried to call helpline to cancel tablet from his company mobile. Me : I donāt have time can I come tomarrow . Manager : no my brother wait I will do it quickly and he took another service provider laptop and doing access and replied your mobile bill only Ā£19 per month no tablet nothing on your profile youāre happy to go. Me : I have said thank you brother . After I came out from Canary Wharf Iām receiving texts your mobile bill was Ā£34 to Ā£35 . I dint understand and I have called helpline 150 . They have said you have tablet and it will end on may 25, 2026 . I told them your store leader said itās 2025. Helpline said no ! No ! I have went back to store and asked store leader can you check this he said I apologise itās my mistake . I said I donāt want my contract because I told you my scenario Clearly he said tablet contracts ends on may 25, 2025. Now store leader saying im store manager I canāt cancel. I told why youāve said . He started youāre accusing me and youāre threatening me. Iām clearly Said even Iām not raising my voice. I wonāt cancel ! Do whatever you can do this replies by store leader .
At last he said im gonna cancel now , it will take 7 days . I said can I believe because I donāt wanna come again and again. He literally threatening me in different ways. I donāt know how these people become store managers or leaders. He said I will cancel from his side within 7 days. Iām waiting for my cancellation of my contract without any charges. This mistake is done my store leader RASHID , he accepted as well. I didnāt done any mistake or voice raising or even arguing but the rashid voice and he is coming over and threatening me . Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm sorry to say very UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!! The reason why on Saturday 15th April the shop was not even open on time as stated. It opened 40 minutes late and no apologies from the key holder and manager. I was there to help sort out my son's NEW phone as the sim card was not working which was sent via post from EE the second time round. We was advised by the EE customer service team to head down to our local shop for assistance for a new sim card as we cannot order more over the net or phone. The management team could not help me to provide my son a new sim card unless I change for another temporary phone again. I'm a parent and I need contact with my son at all times I explained. We got this new contract phone for my son and for 3 weeks we had no contact with him due to faulty sim cards and dodgy delivery driver saying they tried to deliver the phone at my address but that was not true, as myself, wife and son were at home waiting on the day of delivery. The whole experience at the shop was not good that Saturday morning lefted the premises feeling helpless and scammed. When we finish this new contract with EE we will not be having any further dealings with EE again in the distant future. I will tell you how unprofessional these management team are! As I left the shop I walked past a tesco phone shop in canary wharf and explained the situation I'm in and they told me how unprofessional it was from EE that they couldn't help me to have contact with my son. Tesco sold me a 0.99p EE temporary sim card and number and guess what? it works! Then we waited another week for the new sim card from EE matching my son's old phone number and back up and running as normal. So almost a whole month paid for a service which we did not use with EE. Would be nice from EE when setting up new contracts with customers to ensure that they are connected and in operating I would of through? Definitely doesn't warrant a 1 star in my...

I came to change my mobile from another company to EE contract and to open a broadband connection for my new house. I will just point the issues cause the story is too long: They did write my number wrongly (I wanted to move my old one) and I asked them multiple times AND I had to go twice as the number never changed I was receiving messages and calls to the temporary number that I was owing money (they gave me an existing number without cleaning it first) My name was wrong in the BroadBand contract (I pointed out immediately they said they will fixed it, they never did) They have created a problematic username for the BroadBand that never worked and still I am waiting to be fixed (I cannot see my bills) The extra 5GB in the mobile phone (the deal after getting broadband as well) never happened They charged me 2 times the same bill (they apologized nevertheless) The internet in the tube never worked (probably because they never fixed properly the number)
And more other problems...
I have spent hours and hours on the phone with them.. They are just so...
