The most awful customer service I ever received. First, Fresh sent my parcel to a wrong address and blamed courier for a mistake, whereas Fresh was the company provided them with the wrong address. I contacted customer service and I was offered a refund or a replacement. I agreed to get a replacement. The replacement was supposed to arrive on 7th of July, nothing was delivered again. When I emailed customer service and asked for a refund they simply stopped responding. Three follow up emails later I called them. It is nearly impossible to get through but I managed after trying multiple times and the customer service agent simply hanged out on me, because she was not happy I was disappointed with their service. Absolutely disgusting customer service and I would never buy anything...

A huge shout out to the fantastic team working in this store! Ting and her colleagues deserve all the praise. Never in my life have I received such incredible customer service without even setting foot in the physical store. I live abroad where Fresh doesn’t ship from any of their websites, yet Ting made it possible for me to get my favorite products, and did so with such grace and good vibes that left me seriously impressed. Not only did she reply to all my emails swiftly, but she also found the best shipping solution for me, accommodated all my needs and went just above and beyond helping me. Really lovely selection of products and excellent customer service - have visited twice now and had a positive experience both times! On my most recent visit, Zainab went out of her way to recommend products to me and helped me package up my gift set beautifully. She also gave me samples to try carefully explained how to use them.
