Updated - i popped into the store again while in london. A wonderful staff member called Shaqiera welcomed me with open arms. I was lucky enough to meet her last year when she created the wishing lamp bath bomb for Christmas ( i wish it would come back this year) It was so cool to be remembered by such a lush star! :) I love how the staff take a personal interest and get to know you over the visits. Since it was my birthday i was gifted a giant intergalactic bath bomb which is so generous and i love this scent and design to! Thank you Shaqiera. The store again was set up so lovely, its like going into another world with Lush! Theres different feels around the store. a candy shop looking pic and mix of bubble bars. A tower of the best bath bombs, a mountain of Halloween goodies, fresh flowers calming area, a vast range of retro products with full display as you walk into the store with a make up counter. A serine spa downstairs. Its really worth a visit, even if your new to Lush i know you will find something you love. I will be back! :)
September 2024- I went to the house warming at the new Covent garden store. On entry to this beautiful shop there was so much to see, it's like a smaller version of oxford street. Flowers area, retro wall, perfume area, pic and mix bubble bars, spa and so much more.
We got to make our own Passion bath bomb. The staff here were so fun. One of them even singing a little song with me. 😆
Massages for the arms, hands and head were also available but I couldn't sit still.
Their retro wall is massive. I think it has everything in the range bath bombs, shower gels, body scrubs, make up and more!
I had the pleasure of meeting Finley! What a nice guy. It was really fun to have a little chat and also spend time with some fellow lushies I met. Finley was taking on board lots of product ideas and was very interesting to talk to.🙂

The Halloween was pride of place! Although I wanted it all I did limit myself. I was so excited to see it and buy it.
After my shopping I was given a goodie bag with the intergalactic bath bomb and samples. Loved this!

My friend and I needed to purchase several products for different purposes, which could have been quite challenging for any staff member. However, Evelyn handled everything with boundless energy and enthusiasm. Read moreReally upsetting and disappointing. Took my 12yr old daughter for a tangled massage as a treat. When we got there the receptionist was very rude and basically told me off for not calling in to book a minor for the treatment. I explained that I booked via the app and it didn’t ask me about her age. She then continued to rant and ask me for my daughter’s ID, I asked my husband to take a photo of her passport and showed it to the receptionist. She agreed for the treatment to proceed but not before repeating that I should have called in to book for a minor. She basically tainted the whole experience for me and daughter even though I’d spent almost £90 for the treatments. After the treatment was finished and we came out she reiterated about that I should call before booking a minor. I asked her why she kept repeating the point to me and trying to make me feel bad for a genuine mistake. She then continued to harbour on the point. And I said listen I understand but I’m the customer why are you talking to me like this. So I went upstairs and spoke with the store manager about what happened. And she apologised for the way we were spoken to and the actions of the receptionist. She proceeded to pamper us with a little goodie bag and we came away feeling better about the whole incident and put it down to one bad egg. However, I have since tried to book another treatment via telephone and been told I’m banned but wasn’t given the reason. I suspect it’s because I complained about the receptionist as there are no other reasons why this could have happened. But the conspiracy of trying to cover up the behaviour of one bad staff member is terrible. And now I’m banned. That is hilarious. I am in the process of speaking with customer service and then taking this to head office. But not because I would evey go back now but for the principle. Would have given more stars for the treatment and for the apology received from the store manager but as I’m Now banned fir no reason apart from complaining to the manager about the receptionist, I can’t give any stars...
