I am actually writing this while waiting for the food.. Unfortunately, the service I encountered was far from what I had hoped for, and it significantly impacted the overall enjoyment. We had to wait for quite some time to be seated. There was no staff on the stand table, and when someone finally appeared, she mentioned she would look for a table, despite there being several empty ones readily available. This initial encounter set an unfavorable tone for the evening and she left to take a customer order.. As we waited, a group of people who arrived after us waited for some time too and asked why is no one here to seat us, then took matters into their own hands by seating themselves at an available table. Feeling ignored and frustrated, we decided to follow suit and seated ourselves as well. Our dining experience took another disappointing turn when we tried to place our orders. Despite several attempts to get the attention of the staff, we were left unattended for an extended period. Eventually, I had to approach one of the servers and request assistance directly. The lack of attentiveness and responsiveness was disheartening. Unfortunately, the situation worsened when we did manage to get the attention of another staff member. Her demeanor was rude and unprofessional. She seemed visibly annoyed and did not hesitate to express her frustration with us. The way she spoke, handled objects, and breathed audibly displayed her irritation. Moreover, when we attempted to order, she informed us that we should wait before requesting a table, stating that it was not clean. Her dismissive attitude made us feel unwelcome. Additionally, I must mention that the wait time for the food was exceptionally long, taking over 45 minutes from the time we placed our order. We had ordered a simple selection of 1 Margherita pizza, 1 Truffle Burrata pizza, and 1 serving of French fries. Such a delay, coupled with the already underwhelming service, further contributed to our disappointment. Throughout our time at the restaurant, the staff seemed preoccupied and acted as if they had no time for anything, including attending to the needs of the customers. This lack of attention and consideration made it evident that customer satisfaction was not their priority. Worth mentioning that the group who sat at the same time we did ate and left already.

Every creator has an achievement, every thanksgiving has a poem, every place has a try, and every success has thanks and appreciation. The ten days I spent in London I count as long years because of the abundance of her virtues, and I count them as a few seconds each time the hour of her parting draws near. His days were interspersed with several visits to the finest monuments, and perhaps the finest of these was sitting in the Selfridge s commercial building on the top floor, where the Pilgrim's Pizza restaurant is located, which I consider to be the best not only in London but in the whole world for one and only reason, which is its kind workers, because of their kindness, I am sure that you will return to visit the restaurant whenever you have the opportunity. I will mention them by name, because you deserve praise and appreciation. Mr Ben Mr Brandon Mr Andrew Mr Fabio Mr William Mr Francesco Miss smilling Lavinia Miss Neghisti And above them is my best friend and my dearest and dearest friend, and she was the one who invited and hosted MONICA HAINER Thank you very much and may the Lord of the Throne protect you. Just had a fabulous experience with Pizza Pilgrims couple of days ago and I do belive I need to share this with you guys... From the moment I've stepped in I was fully aware that's going to be something different... A clean and tidy pizza restaurant which welcomes you in an extremely friendly manner that's making you feel like home. I've spent 2 beautiful hours there accompanied by a good friend and delicious food. Starter...pizza...salad and dessert?? I don't know what to mention first as everything was spotted on but still need to put pizzas first cause they even grow their own basil 😲(they have there inside basil pots) and was one of the best i've had. Extremely friendly staff which it's giving you confidence and support in this lovely environment. To be honest I didn't think that having a pizza can be such a beautiful experience so all I can say is that I truly recommend this place and 100% sure I'll go back again. Guys...if you want the best pizza in central London, Oxford Street then Pizza Pilgrims inside Selfridges is the place you wanna go. Thank you 😊 for this opportunity guys...Pamela, Margerita and Diana🤗

I recently visited Pizza Pilgrims at Selfridges, and I have to say, it's an absolute gem. The experience was exceptional, and a huge part of that was thanks to Sam, the amazing manager.

From the moment we walked in, Sam's warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for our visit. He ensured that every detail was taken care of, from seating us promptly to making sure our orders were perfect. His knowledge about the menu and the ingredients was impressive, and he provided great recommendations that made our dining experience truly special.

The pizzas were out of this world, with the perfect balance of flavors and textures. You can tell that high-quality ingredients are used, and the passion for pizza making is evident in every bite. The restaurant itself is cozy and beautifully designed, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal.

What stood out the most was the impeccable service. Sam's dedication to customer satisfaction is unparalleled. He goes above and beyond to make sure every guest leaves with a smile. It's rare to find such commitment and passion in service, and it made our visit unforgettable.

If you're in London and looking for the best pizza, Pizza Pilgrims at Selfridges is the place to go. And make sure to say hi to Sam, the best manager who truly makes this place shine. Highly...

Listen idk much about the food bc this whole review is because we didn’t eat any- it’s about the service.

The communication and coordination of the workers are really poor. We were excited for the launch of the oxtail pizza but it was only in selfridges for this weekend.

We booked for Friday at 2:30 and called just to make sure it was there as we are not from London.

A lady said that they aren’t serving it until 5:00pm, but to call back to confirm. We then changed our booking to 5:30pm and at 4:30 we called to ask. A man then said something about 7:30pm but that because we booked we will be fine.

After turning up for our booking we were turned away because it had sold out at 4pm despite being told otp we will be served. Then said it will be back at 7:30pm. You’ve wasted our whole day… why would we believe you if you guys aren’t sure yourself.

We obviously aren’t that desperate and I’m happy to try it at other stores when it launches. But my sister was so excited (as she should it’s a great concept pizza) and if we got a call or something, letting us know it would have saved us a trip.

I understand it’s a big launch but for a restaurant which is even smaller than other branches you would think there would be cohesion and better management in light of the launch since it is...
