Lincoln Square — Local services in London

Worst development ever. The flat finishing was in a horrible condition. Please avoid this developer and save yourself some endless headache. Edited 15th of December 2020: thank you for the reply below from the management team. Unfortunately there are still numerous unprofessional snagging after hundreds of emails exchanged with the aftercare team from my experience. The key issue is the huge discrepancies between the management and execution team. Hopefully this won’t happen to anyone else because it has been a disastrous handover in the beginning with the person called Idha Bell and continuously perfunctory behaviours from the construction team led by Alan Mchugh. There are a few people being extremely helpful such as the architect and members of the customer services team but they can’t spend all their time keeping on top of all the delays and issues caused by the unprofessional people. For anyone who would consider to purchase from Lodha development group or invest in their properties in the future, please make sure you can assess properly before making the decision. I was lucky enough to recently visit Lincoln Square, as Smartcomm were the specialist contractor for the project. It is stunning. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the design is on point and the location is a mere walk away from Oxford Street, yet remarkably peaceful. It is built around a delightful central courtyard, great for natural internal light. The apartment I visited was superbly finished to a high standard in terms of design and technology. In fact care has been taken with the finish of the whole development. As well as the Audio Visual, lighting and home automation solutions in the apartments, Smartcomm installed the various audio visual, lighting, unified communication and control systems in the rest of the amenity areas, which include a luxury cinema. The cinema boasts a 4.5m wide screen and a 9.2.6 Dolby Atmos 3D surround sound system. I had a little sit down and a coffee just to try things out. And yes, it is as good as it looks.
