REPLYING TO THE OWNERS REPLY: You didn’t ban me because I acted inappropriately but simply because you didn’t like my 3 stars review. You told me on the phone that you checked the CCTV to listen to my conversation with the therapist INSIDE THE ROOM. I will be reporting your business to the police as this is illegal. Be more respectful with your clients next time. Your behaviour is unacceptable.
The service is SHOCKING!!!!!!!!!!!
I would give ONE STAR if I could.
I have booked a deep tissue massage and didnt have the experience I was expecting and left a 3 stars review about it.
I then decided to give it another go and booked with another therapist, different than the one I booked before.
The OWNER called me and started offended me saying I was BANNED from the clinic, called me a LIAR and told me to cancel the appointment and that he would not refund my money and that i was not allowed to come back there.
This was the most SHOCKING customer service I have ever received in my whole life. He said he checked the CCTV and that I lied about my review, which is not true, I gain NOTHING lying about a service and damaging a company reputation but I do like to leave honest reviews. I have been doing massages for the past 3-4 years and I know how a massage works.
He said I didnt say anything about the massage on the treatment day and I am going to tell you why: BECAUSE WHEN I ARRIVED HE WAS ALREADY ON THE PHONE WITH A CLIENT SHOUTING AND ARGUING! It wouldnt be different with me - AND IT WASNT.
Please don't do this to your clients, I left a sincere and honest opinion about Angelina's service and I even tried to book with another therapist, but call the client saying they are BANNED because of a review?
SHAME on you. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! You can find MUCH better places like The MERIDIAN in Greenwich for less price and much better quality. AWFUL!!!!!
WHY DO YOU HAVE CCTV IN THE MASSAGE ROOMS?
DONT GO DONT GO DONT GO
I hope treatwell remove...

I booked an appointment for a 1-hour massage this morning at Massajive for 1.25 pm, and when I arrived I asked the therapist if I could get my back and feet massaged only and not my arms and legs because I recently had a baby and these were the part of my body that were hurting. She apologised and said she couldn't touch my feet as part of the massage as this was a separate package. I asked to speak to the owner and explained that I'd recently had a baby and therefore only wanted these two parts of my body focused on. He refused and said this was their policy. I explained that I hadn't realised that I had to specify which body parts before booking the appointment or that the massage I had booked did not include feet. He continued to refuse and so I asked for a refund. He refused to give me a refund stating that the missed appointment was a waste of their time. I explained that I was happy to take the appointment but I wanted to choose which parts of my body were massaged. I was shocked at his attitude and he became increasingly aggressive and told me you know what, we aren't going to provide the service, just leave. At this point I went back and put on my clothes. Before leaving I decided I would film the situation to gather evidence incase there was any issue with me getting a refund. His behaviour was awful, intimidating and aggressive. Some of this was captured on video but he was 10X worse before I started filming. He has also just charged me an extra £125...
Read moreI did not have a good experience at this establishment. The massage provided was great it really helped my shoulder pain which made me return for a second time.
As I was leaving after my second visit, I noticed a stain of massage oil on my shoe. Since my shoes were placed right next to the massage bed, it seemed clear that the oil had gotten onto them during the session. Initially, I assumed it was just water and left for lunch. However, when the stain didn’t dry, I realised it was indeed massage oil. I returned to the shop to ask if anything could be done to resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, the man behind the counter was dismissive. He brushed it off as something that “happens”, telling me that shoes get dirty all the time, as though I was being unreasonable for bringing it up. He then went further, implying that the stain could have come from anywhere, subtly suggesting that I was lying about it.
At that point, I ended the conversation and left. I don’t blame the therapist as accidents happen. But a simple apology would have been the minimum courtesy, rather than downplaying the issue and implying dishonesty. These were light-coloured leather shoes worth £130, now damaged, and I left feeling both let down and insulted by...
