Café Samba — Restaurant in London

I ordered the café’s so-called “famous churros” and was left extremely disappointed. I received just three tiny pieces for £4.50—clearly frozen, completely tasteless, and still raw on the inside. As someone from Latin America, I found this not only unacceptable but genuinely insulting.

When I politely asked for a refund, the staff refused, claiming "that’s how the churros are meant to taste" and questioning why I ordered them in the first place. The situation escalated when they rudely said they would not refund my money and even threatened to call security if I didn’t leave—all of this in front of my four-year-old son and my wife, who is eight months pregnant.

To make matters worse, the flat white I ordered was also of very poor quality. I recorded the entire experience with my Meta glasses.

LOVE, fabulous staff, great coffee and not a bad view. Not that you can sit there, it is a grab and go kind of place.
