Dorsett Canary Wharf London — Hotel in London

Absolule Shambles Craphole - This is a new hotel and is half built. We rented 5 rooms for a work trip, the hot water did not work; the air conditioning was stuck on 26 degrees, the TV did not work, the elevator still has protective wrap all over it, the windows are filthy. To make matters woirse they then charged me £220 extra because of a system error on my card after we checked out. I then complained about this, they agreed it was incorrect and to resolve it they charged it again!! The place is not finished yet and it is a shambles, they are just trying to get money in. We complained and they did nothing. I would not go...

This hotel cancelled 1 hour before we were due to check in. Leaving us stranded without accommodation for the evening. Booking.com state this was the hotels fault for lack of communication. It appears however according to the hotel website that the hotel is currently closed and not due to open until the summer. I fail to see how between the hotel and booking.com no one was able to inform me of this until 1 hour before check in time....

cancellation of reservation before arrival. Page shifts responsibility to hotel, hotel shifts responsibility to page. end of the situation is that no one will take responsibility, and the stay was canceled. Not good start...
