Never again.Just back from Obica’ in Canary Wharf where with my wig e We had two Aperol Spritzs. It was Around 4 pm and we were told that there was no table service in the seating area outside So I went to the bar ordered the drinks , paid before I got them and than Carried them to the table outside where I was seating with my wife. To our surprise a waiter came out with two drinks , a white wine and a Peroni beer, and served the table next to us. In the meantime I had noticed that I had been charged £ 2.25 as gratuity even though had to fetch the drinks myself. After having finished our refreshments we asked to talk to the manager and asked for explanation for the gratuity added on and the discriminatory table service. The gratuity was promptly refunded by the manager, the lady that had served me , and regarding the table service the explanation was: If the order consisted of two bottles of beer and two empty glasses , or one glass with a drink in it ( wine...) and a bottle of beer and an empty glass the waiter could carry them and serve them at the table but if the order consisted of two glasses with drinks in them like ours the waiter was not allowed to carry them.. NOW HAVE YOU EVER HEARD ANYTHING MORE RIDICULOUS ANS ILLOGICAL? I HAVE NOT AND I HAVE BEEN IN THE TRADE ALL MY WORKING LIFE. MAYBE THERE SHOULD BE THE SAME RULE FOR EVERY BODY AND IF YOU CANNOT OPERATE FOR ANY REASON SERVING AT THE TABLE , THE CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE MADE AWARE OF IT AND NOBODY SHOULD BE DISCRIMINATED. AS I SAID IT WAS RIDICULOUS AND YOU WILL NOT GET MY CUSTOM ...

Read moreBeing honest, it was a disaster from start to finish.
I visited with a work friend with the whole ordeal lasting 2 hours.
General staff attentiveness is non existent. Service is ridiculously slow.
We knew immediately upon our order being taken it wasn’t going to go well. The server didn’t write anything down when we ordered; 4 drinks, 2 starters (both being the same) and 2 mains (both being the same) and it felt obvious it would be wrong but, we gave him the benefit of the doubt. Stay tuned for that update…
Only one starter was brought out, despite ordering two - in reality this wasn’t a major issue as we had ordered the same thing and didn’t quite realise what we had ordered.
We was both served the completely wrong main course, but as we had waited that long we just ate whatever it was on our plate.
The food wasn’t bad - I would have just liked what I ordered.
We decided to order dessert - christ knows why. My friends was great but the tart I ordered was completely burnt on the base. At this point I had given up and just wanted to pay the bill and leave.
There clearly wasn’t any point in complaining because getting served alone was hard work and I’m pretty sure our server was the manager.
Would I go again?...
