I have had an extremely disappointing experience with Tiger Recruitment recently, and I feel compelled to share my concerns to prevent others from going through the same ordeal. The management under Lydia has significantly affected the quality of service and professionalism of the agency.
Over the past year, there has been a noticeable decline in the professionalism and service provided. Lydia, who currently manages the office, lacks experience and understanding in the recruitment process. Her approach to handling candidates and clients has been unprofessional. Clients have complained about her pushing unnecessary roles when only one position is needed. This shows a blatant disregard for clients' needs and a lack of due diligence.
Moreover, Lydia consistently misunderstands job specifications from clients, resulting in numerous mismatched placements. Clients have raised concerns about her lack of industry knowledge and unprofessional behavior, which has been detrimental to their recruitment processes.
Lydia's treatment of candidates is also appalling. I have witnessed her hanging up on candidates seeking assistance, a shocking and unacceptable behavior, especially when these individuals are in vulnerable and potentially dangerous situations.
In stark contrast, the previous managers, Laura and Ruth, were exemplary. They maintained excellent relationships with both candidates and clients and were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Since their departure, the service has declined drastically.
Over the past year, I have repeatedly heard the same concerns from clients and candidates, many of whom have decided to seek services from other agencies due to the poor service at Tiger Recruitment. This decline has damaged the agency's reputation and reflects poorly on the management's ability to maintain professional standards.
It is crucial for the owner, David, to recognize how this mismanagement is destroying the business. Clients and candidates deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, and the agency must fulfill its duty of care towards them.
I strongly advise anyone considering using Tiger Recruitment to be cautious. The current management does not uphold the standards of professionalism and care that are essential in this industry. Until significant changes are made, I cannot recommend...
Read moreFor anybody working or thinking of working for Tiger Recruitment - I wanted to drop feedback for Jess Wylie - Senior Consultant in the West End Temporary Division.
I have been under Jess for roughly 6-7 months now and she is truly amazing, not only has she constantly been on the ball when it comes to handling any issues I may have to do with my placements or arrangements or payroll etc but she has a pure heart ensuring that she thoroughly looks after those under/working for her, displaying a positive attitude and being a very good listener consistently - which is very rare if you ask me
I was going through an enormous amount of financial difficulties when I had first got in contact with her and had a lot of personal issues going on due to my flexibility with work and my children and she always had my back making sure I’m in constant placements, understanding my frustrations at times and doing her up most best to be transparent with me and advise me in the best ways possible.
Where I was then and where I am now are two very different places and she doesn’t realise how much she has truly been a outstanding member of staff and a true leader which should be recognised and appreciated because she is a huge asset to Tiger.
I’ve worked with many agencies in the past 9 years but I’ve never worked with an agency like Tiger - extremely professional and do exactly what a great recruitment company should be doing day to day.
I hope this goes to the right person and this can be noted down for future reference, also thank her for me! I do as much as I can but words can only...
Read moreI am very impressed with Tiger Recruitment's service especially Rebecca's help.
It is fairly easy to get an appointment at Tiger to talk to the recruiters and they are really helpful.
After a week of my meeting with the girls, Rebecca contacted me that there was a role for me. She explained me the role, and prepared me for the interview. She even called me 10 min before the interview if I had made it on time. Whenever I needed to ask something she was available and called me back straight away. During my interview I had found out that the potential company really knew Rebecca. After it, I called her to explain how it went. I had to have a second interview as well, luckily the next day. When I had finished, I called Rebecca again, who supported me through and finally, couple of hours later I had the news that I got the job. My current employers even accepted my holiday, and I've found out that my boss got her job through Rebecca as well. I started my work, and a week later I had received a huge box of cookies and chocolates, with a lovely card wishing me good luck in the future. I have to say that was a really nice touch from Tiger. I had managed to find a new job in 2.5 weeks time. Was it luck or was it Tiger - Rebecca? I believe both, but I have to say a huge thank to them finding me a job so quickly. I would hundred percent recommend Tiger Recruitment to...
