Rituals — Local services in Milton Keynes

I’ve been a regular Rituals customer for a long time now, so I’m already familiar with the products – but I still wanted to leave a note about how great Izzy was during my visit. She was warm, professional, and had such a lovely energy. Even though I knew what I was looking for, she made the experience feel special and personal.

Izzy has that perfect balance of being attentive without being overbearing, and it’s clear she takes pride in giving great customer service. It’s always nice to be helped by someone who genuinely enjoys their job. She made my visit smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.

I genuinely think Izzy deserves to be recognised by management or whoever is in charge. She truly represents the Rituals brand in the best possible way – professional, kind, and thoughtful. It’s clear she’s a real asset to the store....

Earlier this week I was passing through the town centre and came across this amazing shop by chance… firstly, I have to say the service i received was nothing but excellent.

As this was my first time being introduced to Rituals large range of products, Amaya took good time to explain the differences in all the diffusers, balms, scents and skin products.

To be honest I spent a lot more than intended, which is a testament to Amaya’s sales skills and the beautiful fragrances.

I ordered everything with her to be delivered and as I just became a member the deliver was free! They are also giving welcome gifts currently so i recommend downloading their app. I’ve now fully converted to The Rituals family thanks to amazing Rituals team at Milton Keynes...

Excellent customer service. Welcomed by staff into the store with a cup of herbal tea of Lavender and Valerian root. Central area under a blossom tree for testing products. Wide range of Rituals beauty products where the beauty boxes work out as good value for money rather than buying the products individually. Indian Rose in red beauty boxes were excellent quality and a useful storage box to reuse for beauty essentials.
