Really unpleasent experience with Crucible homes. I've got a viewing booked and went to the address they mentioned. Waited more than 30 minutes and no one showed up or contacted me.

Cusible mentioned me on call there's no way to contact them via phone and all communications via e-mails which is very inconvinient. The person who booked the viewing for me didn't even respond to my e-mails or call, I've put 3 e-mail while waiting there. Such a waste of time and worst apartment...

This was a means to a end due to personal circumstances, I won't be living here forever but while I am it's okay for me, yes you get noise especially the cars sometimes it's like their coming into your house and some people are noisy and don't have much respect but whist these are negatives they come with alot of positives like Annie from Crucible Homes is lovely and she can't help you enough, also Tony as been really helpful too especially...
