Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Aberdeen Township

The Aberdeen Location is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings ever, I like their wings and like their fry’s but the service here is terrible. I have given them multiple opportunities to improve, even giving them suggestions such as “bring the food out as soon as it’s done”. We recently went there with 6 people and got seated as soon as we got in, as there wasn’t many people there. The waitress came by and said I’ll be right with you, about 20min goes by and she comes over and says okay sorry about the wait and we shrugged it off like maybe they are behind. So we ordered our food and I asked her politely if she can bring the food out as it get completed, she said she would mention it to the runner. About 45min goes by and we are starting to wonder what happened to our waitress because we all needed refills by this point. She showed up awhile later with our food and it was ice cold, the fry’s, the wings, the burger everything!! So we told her we are not eating it and sent it all back, she said okay I’ll see what we can do and not joking 3-5min later she comes out with hot wings and a new burger. 😐 why couldn’t she just bring it out right away we asked her and she got defensive. Order is consistently messed up and never made right. It’s sad that they are the only late night option in town. Would go anywhere else. I like they’re wings when their done right. It’s just aggravating . Missing ingredients that we paid extra for, missing sauces, cold food, staff sitting gabbing with friends rather than serving us, no drink refills, old fries, over charged. So many things time after time. Told that we would get our last order free because of the mess up, but never received any compensation. Told the manager would call me, never happened. Really really frustrating.

Edit: made one more order yesterday. 10/10/21. Went in to pick it up and sat for about 5 minutes at the bar before anyone acknowledged me. They were all too busy dancing, sitting talking to other friends at tables, and cleaning to ask me what I need. Then she brought my to go order without anything in the way of sauces or silverware or anything. I asked for some ranch and she brought one cup and said I’d have to pay for more. I had a 10 piece chicken! Ok. We will see if it ever gets...

The atmosphere is nice and modern. It’s not overly crowded or cluttered and the many tvs provided a cool sports themed atmosphere but that was overshadowed with terrible service and cold food. It was a terrible experience. They were clearly busy and that is fine and understandable, but we flat out got ignored. After 20 minutes of waiting, we asked a passing waitress for drinks and we prepared for her return by being ready to order. We were then passed to another waitress who came to our table without a greeting, who said nothing but wrote down our order and walked away. Bizarre. Our food came and it was clearly sitting for some time as it was cold and the fries were stale. We couldn’t ask for our food to be warmed because for the rest of the evening, we just got ignored by our waitress as she would go to other tables frequently - she never returned.
