Menards — Local services in Aberdeen Township

Purchased some landscaping stones that were labeled as $.69. Not just the ones we purchased but also the same kind but differwnt color were also labeled $.69. When we were checking out the clerk told us they were $.98 each. My wife ran back and verified that two pallets of them were labeled as $.69 per stone. This didn't seem to matter to clerk as he didnt even bother to look or even go correct it. He charged us the $.98 per stone and didnt apologize or even seem to care. Now granted I realize it was only a total difference of $6.00 but that's not the point now is it. This won't stop me from purchasing there but I will look else where before I go to a store that doesnt seem to care about...

Worst experience possible trying to get paint mixed. First time in store since moving back from Louisiana and was trying to get 4 gallons of paint mixed. Was a act of Congress, employee was rude as can be and was on his phone as I stood waiting for assistance. Finally got some help and then he argued with me over everything. Thought maybe just the one guy having a bad day but nope came back to get my mixed paint and a woman was in her phone, completely ignored me, I asked if this was my paint and without looking up from her phone said..I guess. I have a 3 bedroom house to remodel and unless it's absolutely something I can't find anywhere else I won't be shopping at Menards...

All in all one of the worst stores for employee attitudes ever experienced for the following reasons. 1 Return dept employee eating on the job though 2 people in line to return items.Other employee was busy helping other customers while she ate. 2 Employees visiting in the window dept,leaning up against the counter and no help offered and when asked to help had abut as much ambition as a snail. 3 Attitude that you are the only game in town for some items will get one into trouble.Will probably never patronize this Menard's again and will either find other businesses that are professional whether Menard's in another area or a total...
