Marshalls — Local services in Aberdeen Township

On 1/15/23, I was shopping in the Aberdeen, SD store. I found this beautiful tray with handles on it. At checkout, the cashier lifted the tray and broke the handle on it. She did not apologize or even offer to find me another one. She just said "Oops, Im not sure how that happened" and set it aside. I had to offer to go look in the store to see if there was another one. I only was able to find the same tray, but in a bigger size. I brought it up front and asked her if we could ask a manager to sell it to me at the price of the smaller one since she broke it and that was the last one. She acted frustrated and called over the manager (Helena). Helena said that no she cannot sell it to me at the price of the other one and gave me this look like "Too bad, too sad". There was not anybody that tried to find a way to rectify this for me or even apologize for it. Im very...

Better than nothing??? There is literally nowhere to get clothing in this town. Walmart...for cheap stuff. Target...for cheap stuff that costs too much, and Kohls, fir slightly nicer stuff that costs WAY too much, and isn't worth it unless you snag things on clearance. So I guess I'm glad we now have Marshall's. I have found good deals here...
